Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
* Because of the personal nature of the items we sell, we are unable to accept returns. If there is a mistake or something has gone wrong in shipping, please contact us and we will correct it to the extent we are able.
Payment
* Currently we take Paypal only. At this stage, we are unable to take personal checks or money orders. Sorry for any inconvenience!
Shipping
Right now we are swamped with holiday orders, but we are getting tham out as fast as we possibly can. Orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days, as many of our items are made from scratch following your order. Please allow at least 2 weeks for all custom orders and special request items, unless otherwise noted.
Payments made by Paypal e-Check will delay shipping as we cannot ship your order until payment clears.
We are happy to ship internationally. However because our small local post office cannot handle international mail, we can only ship overseas using USPS Priority Mail flat-rate envelopes. (We can usually fit 5-6 soaps in one envelope). Please note that tracking is not available for International orders.

Additional policies and FAQs
* Most of our soaps are 5-6 ounces. That's a hefty bar of soap! Some of our soaps are smaller than that, but almost all are at least 4.5 ounces, and that's what is stated on the label (unless specified otherwise).
* We do not add lather boosters such as SLS or SLES to our soaps. Stated again, our soaps do NOT contain either of those ingredients! Also, our products do not contain parabens. We do use preservatives on occasion, when necessary, but we currently only use Optiphen, which is paraben-free and free of formaldehyde as well. We try to use fragrance oils that do not contain phthalates, but oftentimes we simply aren't sure if we are not given that information by our supplier - that information is often considered proprietary by the fragrance creator and can be very difficult to obtain. Still, if you are curious feel free to ask and we will try our best to get an answer for you.
