swas is a new home business. everything is designed, sewn, drawn, painted, photographed and packaged by me. all items are made to order, unless otherwise stated in the item listing. i construct everything with care and attention.
my current turnaround time is about 10 days, unless otherwise noted. if you need your order by a particular time, please let me know so I can work with your needs.

Shipping
most US orders ship USPS priority mail or USPS first class.
i use as much recycled/re-used packaging materials as i can. items are wrapped in paper and tied with cotton fabric or vintage ribbon, before being boxed for shipment. i take great care with my packaging so your item stays clean, safe and in the condition it was in at the time of your purchase, as well as brings you a bit of joy when you receive it. if you would like something specially gift wrapped, let me know.

Refunds and Exchanges
every item I make is made with great care. i always try to create a high quality item that you will love and enjoy. if there is anything you are unhappy with PLEASE get in touch with me. i will be happy to work on a solution with you.
returns/exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receipt of your purchase. in the event that an exchange or return is agreed upon, the item will be refunded or credited toward a future store purchase, less shipping costs, once the item has been received by me.
NOTE: item MUST be in it's original condition; with no extra smells, perfumes, odors, markings, excessive wrinkling, etc for a return or exchange to be approved!
store credits will need to be used within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
if there is a mistake in your order, or a defect that was somehow overlooked, i will make it right as soon as is humanly possible!
