Accepted payment methods

Sweater Girl Thrift accepts payments made through PayPal, which allows you to pay directly from your PayPal account or with credit or debit cards. Paying with PayPal is quick, easy, and safe! If you do not have a PayPal account, you will be instructed on how to pay when you check out through the PayPal website. I do not accept checks or money orders.As per Etsy's policies, payment is expected within three (3) days of checkout. I will send a reminder invoice to you via PayPal on the second day; if payment is not received within the 3-day time period then I will cancel your order and relist the item.
Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. I ship to your PayPal address. If you would like the item sent to someone else, please change the name and address in PayPal when you check out, and let me know if you would like me to send a note along with the package, which I will happily do for no charge. I'm happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases.

*I recommend purchasing shipping insurance from the USPS in case something happens to your package in transit. Just ask if you'd like to add it to your total cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to me! Please contact me if you are in any way unsatisfied with your order. Defective items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or store credit, minus shipping charges. I will refund shipping charges only on defective items. The item must be returned in the condition in which you received it (e.g. in re-saleable condition—unused, unworn, unwashed, with no cigarette or other odors, alterations, etc.). You must notify me prior to returning an item so that it will not be returned to you. Please e-mail me to discuss any returns/repairs/refunds/etc.
