    Thank you for visiting my shop Sweet and Precious. All my pieces are handmade by me, however I do sometimes incorporate vintage pieces such as vintage charms or chains. This will be described in the specific listing. If you have any questions feel free to convo me and I will get right back to you.

    Returns and exchanges
    I carefully wrap items and ship in bubblewrap, however if your item arrives damaged please convo me so we can get it replaced or I can refund your money. Please read descriptions and measurements carefully. Returns will be considered on a case by case basis. On any accepted returns the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs as well as any Etsy or Paypal fees.
    Payment
    I accept Paypal, money order and checks. Please convo me to see where to mail a check or Money order. I will not ship items until payment is received.
    Shipping
    I ship items out via first class mail. If you would like an upgrade to priority mail or add insurance, please request this in the "Notes from Seller" section before payment, and I will adjust your total. Most items will be packaged and shipped within 24-48 hours. International orders may take up to 4 days to get shipped out. (Sorry but I can only get to post office on my days off).
    Additional policies and FAQs
    I do custom orders! I can rework any of your vintage or heirloom jewelry into a new beautiful piece. I can also do multiples for gifts or wedding parties. I do sell wholesale with a minimum purchase of 10 pieces. Please convo me for pricing. I also consider consignment and will welcome any requests.
