Care instructions

Sweet Arrogance creations are made by hand so it is important to take care of them delicately.It is usually indicated in the product sheets how to wash (or not) the creations.Most are not washable, if indicated, washing is done delicately by hand, do not wet metal elements such as chains for example, they are not precious metals but fancy, these can oxidize over time depending on the pH of your skin if contact.I can not be held responsible for any deterioration in case of non-compliance with maintenance instructions, in case of stain on a non-washable element, pass a soft cloth moistened without aggressive products, for the rest, let it air.

Delivery times

Delivery times are subject to change (extended) due to the current international situation (COVID).Please take this into account before placing an order, and ABOVE all, please take into account the manufacturing times indicated on the product sheets that are added to it (example: a resin mask that needs several weeks of drying to be ready, can not be required for in two weeks in the United States: 2 weeks of realization + 2 weeks of delivery approximately = 1 month of minimum delays)I can not be held responsible for delays as well as errors of the post, if you have a deadline and you want to take the risk (no return, exchange or refund is accepted).

Delivery problem
