I have sent a few name signs from Sweetartandpary before to friends for their children's rooms and they really enjoyed the pictures. I find the name signs very creative and fun. I also think they make a great gift for all ages. -

Hi, My name is Karen. I am thrilled to offer you my hand painted personalized custom artwork for children and diy printable party packages here on Etsy.
I have been creating art my whole life, but began selling paintings online in 2003. In 2006, I changed my focus to children's artwork while pregnant with my daughter. I couldn't find exactly what I looking for for her nursery, so I created it myself. I enjoyed painting children's decor so much, and with a little push from my family and friends, I started selling them on ebay (over 900 feedback at 100%). In 2008, I moved my shop here to Etsy. Since that time, I have over 2600 sales and have also added printable party packages, invitations, holiday and Home decor, as well as prints of my previous artwork to my product line. My hand painted artwork takes a bit of time, due to my extra attention to the smallest detail and also due to current workload and demand. I hope you'll be very pleased with the final product.
My daughter inspires a lot of my work. After waiting 17 years, she is our true Miracle Baby and our pride and joy. I hope that my designs and work will inspire you too!

*******IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING TIME FRAME********Time frame: My current turnaround time for artwork orders will be 1-2 Weeks. Some listings still will reflect either a 4-6 or 8 week timeframe. I am working to update those listings to a 1-2 week timeframe. If you have any questions, notice a discrepancy of timeframe, or need an item sooner, please convo me before purchase.
Current turnaround for personalized party packages and invitations is 2-4 business days.

*Refunds and Exchanges, regarding CUSTOM HAND PAINTED artwork:
In the event that an artwork order needs to be returned, it will be at the discretion of this seller whether or not to pay for return shipping. This will be on a case by case basis of the problem. Returns without an agreement between seller and buyer will not be honored.
What to do:
1. You must alert me within 24 hours of delivery of the problem. Send photos of the artwork and outer box and photos of the issue. The artwork must be shipped back to me in the same way (packing, shipper, insurance) that was previously shipped with tracking. You must provide me with the tracking number of the returned package. If the artwork was damaged during shipping, please also refer to #3 for instructions.
2. In the case that the seller made a mistake, seller will pay for the return postage and send a prepaid mailing label to you via email. This label will include insurance and tracking at no cost to the buyer. The buyer must use the mailing label within 3 business days or the label will be voided. After such time, the buyer will be responsible for return postage, and artwork must be packaged in the same box, materials, manner as it was initially shipped with same shipper at buyers cost.
3. IF the item was damaged during transit, please keep all shipping materials, including box, wrapping paper, bubble wrap, and take lots of photos of them as well as detailed photos of the damaged areas. I will file the insurance claim for you and replace the artwork. Seller will determine if the artwork can be repaired or discarded. Please keep the items just in case you are asked to present them to your local post office for inspection.
**All returns must be delivered to me within 7 calendar days of a buyer's notice to return. (10 days from the initial delivery date).
Replacements will not be processed until I receive the returned item(s).

*Most of the digital items I sell in my shop are available for instant download. In the instance that you order a personalized digital item, the following policy applies: PERSONALIZED digital items will be emailed to you in pdf format within 2-4 business days hours after purchase/payment clears or I receive the party info. They will be sent to the email address you have on file with Etsy. Some International buyers may encounter a VAT tax on their purchase.
CUSTOM HAND PAINTED ARTWORK ORDERS:
*Shipping regarding Custom Hand painted artwork: I ship all items via USPS Mail, INSURED to the address provided to me by Etsy. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR FULL NAME AND SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE PURCHASE.
All artwork orders are insured.

NON RECEIPT OF ITEM/ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, ERRORS, ETC:
Please notify me if you haven't received your order within 10 days of shipping. Ocassionally, shipping can be slow, due to inclement weather, damage, etc. Please notify me before opening a Non-Delivery case. Customer Service is important to me and I will work with you regarding any problems that might occur.
FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS:
I do take my feedback and reviews seriously, and greatly appreciate all feedback that is posted per transaction. It helps me improve. If, however you do not feel that you can give me a positive rating regarding a transaction, please email me and I'll work to make it right, so that you can leave a positive rating. I do ask that you not leave feedback until you have actually received the artwork or until an issue has been resolved.
ABOUT HANDPAINTED ITEMS:
Hand painted items are painted by hand, and are not perfect. If you would like something with smooth lines and consistent paint, I would recommend purchasing digitally produced items.
ABOUT COLOR MATCHES:
Each computer monitor shows colors differently. If you would like an exact match of the color, it would be best to mail me the fabric or paint swatches. My mailing address will be provided to you upon request after a purchase/payment has been made.
CONSULTATIONS:
Due to my workload, I AM NO LONGER ABLE TO PROVIDE IDEAS OR SKETCHES PRIOR TO PURCHASE.
Copyright Infringement:
I DO NOT and WILL NOT copy another artist's work, licensed characters or images. I will coordinate your artwork to the bedding or fabric but will not paint an exact match. My artwork is made to coordinate with your decor, and not made to be an exact copy of the design.
Privacy
When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Etsy. The only items I sell internationally, included the EU are Digital download products. Most digital items I sell are available for instant download. If you purchase a Personalized or Custom digital item, I will only use your details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Etsy, I will receive your username.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Etsy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order. (For Personalized digital products)
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.
