USPS First Class is the standard shipping method for most orders. Please consider the fact that transit times vary depending on your location.
♥ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ♥
For international orders, shipping times vary and can take between 2-4 weeks depending on destination. Unfortunately, we are unable to track packages once they leave the U.S.
Please note that International arrival times vary depending on your location, and international customers may be responsible for any applicable custom fees. Sweet Art Paperie is not responsible for delays at customs, or postal delays outside of our control.
If you would like your international order to be rush shipped, please contact us for a custom quote. Priority International Shipping (6-10 business days) can range from $25 - $50 depending on your location and the weight of your package.
♥ GENERAL SHIPPING NOTES
If your package is needed by a certain date, we ask that this be noted in your "Note to Seller" so that an upgrade postage option may be recommended to ensure your package arrives on time. For time-sensitive orders that are needed within two weeks, Priority Shipping is typically recommended to guarantee on-time arrival.
While everything is done within my power to meet your timing, simply noting your event date in "Note to Seller" does not necessarily guarantee arrival by that date. Please strongly encourage customers to review shipping policies (also found in each listing description) before purchasing to confirm that they have selected the appropriate shipping method that will ensure that their package arrives before their event.
We print our shipping labels directly from your receipt, and rely on customers to review and confirm their shipping address before placing an order. Please check your shipping address during the completing check-out. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for old or incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Sweet Art Paperie is not responsible for items that arrive after the date of an event if you decide against upgrading your shipping, or place an order without informing us of when you need the item.
Should you be concerned that your package has become lost in transit or mis-delivered, please notify us and we will inquire with the postal carrier about its status. Though unlikely, if your package has indeed been lost in transit due to a fault of the postal carrier, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue by locating the package, sending a replacement, or a store credit.
