Making modern eco friendly baby bonnets from preloved & vintage clothing

Hello there!

My name is Carrie and I am the maker of all these bonnets. I am so passionate about making these children's bonnets from preloved clothing, vintage clothing and donated yardage of fabric. About 3/4 of Americans are unaware of the fact that we waste about 11 million tons of textiles EACH YEAR! Makes my heart hurt knowing that there are children out there with no clothes, shoes, food, water and we are just throwing these goods away.

My goal with this little bonnet business is to do my part at saving this world from textile waste one bonnet at a time. I plan to expand the brand to more children's clothing items and accessories so be sure to keep following me here and on my Instagram where I post new designs daily.

Returns and exchanges
Returns are possible. If your item is not exactly what you expected then you can return it provided you return it within 1 to 2 days of receipt. I will refund you the amount of the item minus the shipping cost. Please contact me if you would like to return your item for instructions on how to do so.

Refunds will NOT be given if:

- A item does not get back to me because of fault of the buyer.
- The item has been used and/or has signs of wear & tear

Please note that specifications on the size of the item are on the listing. Please make sure you read these correctly so you don't receive an item that is not the size you expected. Please also note that colors may vary from display to display. I try to display the colors as accurately as I can but capturing the correct color on a picture is quite hard (I'm not a professional photographer) and in addition colors appear different from screen to screen. If the color is not what you expect it please send me back the bag asap and you will receive a refund.

EXCHANGES

I accept exchanges on the same terms as the refund. As soon as I receive the item and make sure that it is in top condition then I can send you your other selected item. The buyer will have to pay for the shipping cost of both items.
Payment
I accept paypal and credit card payments.

I will contact you if I haven't received notification of payment within three days.
Shipping
Delivery dates from the shipping date range from one to two weeks for the for Europe, Canada and Australia and it takes about one week for United States. Please note, it is normal for a week or two delay, items may be held in customs for check.

I always ship to your ETSY address. Please make sure that this address is correct and updated. If you want me to ship to another address send me a message. I will not send to a P.O. address as registered mail does not get delivered there.
