CUSTOMIZATIONS: Always message me first with customization questions. Some listings have custom options available through the drop down menus. Almost any listed product can be customized, but some products may not have the space or shape to add a customization. Additional costs may apply for customizations.

CUSTOM ORDERS: If you don’t see what you’re looking for in my shop, message me for a custom order.

CUSTOM ORDER SHIPPING: Custom orders are not eligible for "free" shipping. The applicable shipping fee will be applied. This will be shown in your custom listing (including the shipping method).

ORDER EARLY: All products are made to order. Allow enough time for processing, production, and transit. It is recommended you order at least 2 weeks prior to your event.

NEED BY DATE: Be sure to add the need by date in the message seller section of your order. If you can't find this, message me your order # and the need by date after purchase.

STANDARD PRODUCTION TIME (not including shipping transit time): 3 - 5 days. This may not apply custom orders.

RUSH ORDER: Rush orders are accepted with the addition of a rush order fee. Message me first before placing a rush order.

STANDARD SHIPPING METHOD: USPS Priority Mail, estimated 2 - 3 days; not guaranteed for delivery date

EXPRESS SHIPPNG METHODS, USPS Express (1 - 2 days, guaranteed by USPS), Fed Ex (2 Day and Overnight); Express methods are eligible for a shipping fee refund if delayed beyond the date parameters.

DELAY/HANDLING RESPONSIBILITY: Shipping alerts are listed in my store announcements. I'm NOT responsible for shipping delays, breakage, package loss, package or customer mishandling. Refunds are not issued for items delayed in transit. Shipping fee refunds and/or insurance claims where applicable may take 2 - 6 weeks or more to receive once accepted by the shipping company.

Once a package is marked as "delivered," the transaction has ended.

I am not shipping international (outside the US) at this time.

INGREDIENTS: Products consist of edible/food safe materials (fondant, tylose, gumpaste, edible airbrush, edible dusts, and other edible decorations).

EDIBLE: I DON'T recommended toppers for consumption due to their hardened nature (toppers harden as they dry). Some toppers also contain central supports (food-safe cocktail/lollipop sticks or other).

CENTRAL SUPPORT NOTE: If a central support (cocktail/lollipop stick or other item) is used in the final product, you will see it noted in the listing details and on your Helpful Information Sheet (included with each shipment).

VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE, OTHER: Specialty options may be available via a custom order. My studio isn't dedicated to these options. Message me for details.

ARTISTIC WORK: My artistic work is my own or my spin on a public domain item.

COPYRIGHT/TRADEMARK: I will NOT reproduce items with trademarks/copyrights, logos, and brand names. I will reproduce certain items if you have a valid copyright/trademark release. A copy must be forwarded to me with validation prior to production (eg you own the company). Message me if you have any questions.

PUBLIC DOMAIN: I will reproduce items in public domain (eg original Alice in Wonderland, Beatrix Potter, Charles Dickens, Winnie the Pooh). Productions are based on the original artwork or story, not later releases. Message me if you have any questions.

STORAGE AND CARE UNTIL USE: Never freeze or refrigerate your topper(s) as this can cause moisture to collect. Do not expose them to liquid, moisture, extreme light, strong air currents, or other drastic environmental conditions as it may change the color and consistency of your item. Store them per the Helpful Information Sheet included with your order. You can choose to unwrap your toppers when they arrive or leave them wrapped until usage.

HELPFUL INFORMATION SHEET: A Helpful Information Sheet is included with every order with tips for storage, usage, and keepsake maintenance.

KEEPSAKES: The Helpful Information Sheet contains information for retaining your topper as a keepsake after use. This may not be possible for all toppers.

CANCELLATIONS: I DO NOT accept cancellations. Each topper is made to order.

BREAKAGE: I am NOT responsible for transit breakage. Each package is insured for this. Insurance claims can average 2 - 6 weeks or more for resolution. Photographic validation of breakage and box condition will be required. Keep all order pieces (including the box) until it is resolved.

CUSTOMER BREAKAGE: I'm not responsible for customer breakage (box opening, dropping, or other).

SHIPPER DELIVERY: I have NO control over transit time or additional information once a package is handed off to the shipper. Orders marked as “delivered” are not refundable as “lost” if the customer states it has not been received. All transit times are estimates as shown.

PLEASE READ: Please read all communications from my shop or other communications regarding your order. Customers are responsible to respond where necessary.

MESSAGES: You will receive consistent communication from start to finish regarding your order status (order confirmation, shipping date confirmation, shipping confirmation, and questions/other where applicable).

PACKAGING METHOD: All packages are very well protected with bubble wrap, biodegradable packing peanuts, and other materials.

PRODUCT NOTE: Slight variations in color and size may occur.

LOCAL ORDERS: Sweetavations is internet based. Local orders are NOT available for pickup through Etsy. Message me for details regarding local delivery at sweetmail@sweetavations.com.

ITEM COST(S): My artistic toppers are fairly priced based on artistic development, supplies, production time, and shipping method(s).
