Sweetb Studio aims to please and everything I send out has my personal hand and thoughts on it and in it! . I will always strive to give thoughtful customer service. I want to treat others in the same way I hope they will treat me with concern for detail, and care.
I accept all forms of payment but if it is a check of course I can not mail out until it clears.
I will strive to keep my shipping cost fair, which sometimes are a little off ( most times I make nothing on shipping and sometimes I eat the difference) I am striving to expand internationally and have a flat rate based on a very limited experience so...if I am way off I will make it right. My usual method is US 1st class, but if you need it faster please let me know and I can change your shipping for a specific order, though of course it will cost extra. I have found that US 1st class to be almost as fast as Priority and definitely cheaper than UPS and Fed Ex.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will send another copy of a custom work if, I messed up a name or date (if it was sent to me correctly) or if it arrives damaged, or never arrives (within 1-2 months) Feed back is very important to me and I will strive to resolve problems, so if you have a problem let's talk.
Additional Policies and FAQs
My Custom custom orders are very time consuming and I only except so many a year. I expect a non-refundable fee of 50% before I begin, after that I try very hard to keep work within a ball park figure but many times more things are added that might up the price. I want lots of impute at the beginning and go though a interviewing process to glean information but in the end I as the artist must be trusted to complete the work. I have done almost 50 of these custom lettering pictures and never have I had any one who was not thrilled with my efforts. So study examples of what I do, and if you love it then trust me, but remember I never give refunds for this work, and I have never been asked to.
