Payment
We accept PayPal payment in US Dollars.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

Shipping
Items are shipped in padded envelope to cut down on your shipping costs. Items are wrapped in tissue paper and tied with a bow.

We ship worldwide using USPS First Class shipping. All items are shipped within 48 hours of payment clearing (excluding weekends and holidays).

Canadian buyers - please allow up to 6 weeks for shipment to arrive.

All items shipped within the US are shipped using Delivery Confirmation. The DC number will be sent to the email you have on file with PayPal.

If your Etsy and PayPal address differ, please let us know in the “message to seller” note during checkout. If you do not notify us and we cannot reach you within 72 hours after payment we will ship the item to the address furnished during Etsy checkout.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact us if you have any issues. Each return is handled on a case by case basis.

Any returned items must be mailed USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation.
