STEPS FOR PLACING AN ORDER WITH A HEARTSY VOUCHER:
♥ Browse through our shop and fill your cart.
♥ At checkout be sure to click "OTHER" as your payment.
♥ Enter your Heartsy Code in the "Notes to seller's" box. Please do not enter them in the "Coupon Code" box at checkout.
♥ We will send you a Paypal invoice if your total is over your voucher amount to cover the remaining balance.
♥ If your paypal email is different than what's on your Etsy profile, please be sure to include it in the "notes to sellers" box along with your heartsy code.
♥ If you have a remaining balance on your voucher you will be able to redeem it within 12 months from the purchase date.

Returns and exchanges
No refunds or exchanges on “custom orders”.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We will not refund any money for non-delivered packages sent to the wrong address. So please double check that you have the right address when ordering! :)
Payment
Please note payment is due immediately after your purchase. If you are not able to pay right away please convo us and let me know what you'd like. We'll reserve it for you and you can take a little extra time with your payment. If we don't hear anything from you the day of purchase we'll have to cancel your order.
*Payment by check, money order or concealed cash is not accepted.
Shipping
We ship via the United States Postal Service, by First Class or Priority Mail. All shipping prices include shipping supplies and usually delivery confirmation within the United States. Shipping prices listed on most products are for first class. If you would like to upgrade to Priority Mail please convo us and we'll set up a special listing for you.
Insurance is optional and it's the buyers responsibility, Please convo us if you would like to add insurance to your purchase. We are not responsible for any lost non-insured package.
We will ship to the address on your Etsy order. Not your paypal address. (If different). If you need it shipped some where else please let us know.
We usually ship out items within 24 hours on in stock items. Please see our shop announcement for current turn around time on custom or made to order items.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you open the baskets you may find some "fillers" at the bottom underneath all the crinkle shreds and tissue paper. It's usually made up of plastic containers such as strawberry or fruit containers that were purchased by us at the grocery store. (Washed in hot soapy water first, of course!) We're not trying to be tacky by using these! We're simply trying to do our part to reduce, reuse and recycle anything and everything that we can. Even the packing peanuts that we sometimes use to ship our items are biodegradable! We encourage you to recycle any of the packing materials you can that are sent your way! :)
