I am rating this a 2 due to my over all experience with this seller. The ribbon is as described but the seller was not forthcoming nor honest. Thankfully I had screenshots of the listing. I had to go to PayPal to get a refund and then this ribbon was finally sent. I had communicated with seller that I neede this ribbon and she was not accomadating at all. Since it was her fault the other ribbon was out of stock she should have contacted me to let me know and find out how I wanted to proceed rather than hold one of the ribbons hostage while she waited for the other to arrive from China. She also could have been honest when I messaged her but she was afraid to lose a sale I guess. Just a bad experience all the way around.

I ordered this ribbon thinking it was in stock. Nothing in the listing stated it was not. Only after I had paid and contacted the seller did I find out it was on order. I communicated I needed it ASAP and was told an approximate time for it to be in. I asked to be notified when it arrived as I had a customer who had ordered a product to be made with it. When I didn't get notified that it was in I asked for my money back as I couldn't wait any longer. I was then told I couldn't get a refund and seller said it was listed that it was on order. Luckily I had screen shots to prove otherwise. I had to go to PayPal to get a refund. All I ask is honesty. The seller had the other ribbon and could have mailed it right away or even asked how I wanted it handled. I found out that she had sold it all to a wholwsaler & couldn't fill mine

Please include details about your likes/dislikes on style, flower and colors, favorite embellishments (lace, feathers, pearls, rhinestones?) etc... then I will make you a one-of-a-kind hair accessory. Be sure to look through my shop for ideas.

Payment
I prefer PayPal or direct check out using credit cards. It is fast, easy, and free to you. I can accept a money order, but there will be a delay in shipping, while the money order is in transit.
Shipping
I usually ship within 2-3 business days (usually sooner) after fulfilling your. If it is a ready made item, it goes out by the next day. If it is a custom order, I will create it in the order received and ship it within 24 hours of when I finish.

I do not ship on Saturday's, Sunday's or holiday's.

My normal shipping choice is first class, unless your order meets the weight requirements set by USPS to go priority. If you want me to ship it Priority, without meeting the weight requirements, PLEASE convo me for the additional shipping cost.

I do send ALL orders with delivery confirmation. Insurance is available upon request and with additional charge, generally $2.50.

I DO NOT REPLACE ORDERS LOST IN THE MAIL!!!!
Refunds and Exchanges
I stand behind my work. I will replace anything that falls apart in the first year (never had that happen). I will not replace orders that are lost in the mail.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom orders are created to your specifications. I create them on a first come, first serve basis. I have never taken more than 2 weeks to get a custom order mailed out.
