Everything in my shop is handmade by myself and made to order, so unfortunately no refunds will be accepted. I will, however, do everything in my power to make sure you are more than satisfied with my final product. Please convo me if you are unsatisfied with a product before leaving feedback and I will make every effort to correct the issue.
Payment
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit card payments are accepted through Etsy's direct checkout. It's quick and easy! These transactions will show Etsy.com as the merchant on your credit card statement.

I also accept all major credit cards through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this option
Shipping
All packages ship either USPS first class or Priority mail and they all come with a tracking number. If for some reason I don't provide you with one please send me a message and I'll gladly get it for you.

** Please take your individual allergies into account and use my products at your own discretion. By buying my products you are agreeing that you understand they can cause allergies, just as any other product and you take 100% responsibility for any reaction that may incur. I stand behind my preservative free scrubs and lip balms, while I believe these to be a better alternative to commercial scrubs with synthetic preservatives, I do realize that they may not be for everyone. These products are for external use only. Please do not consume under any circumstances. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any serious health conditions, please consult your physician before using any product containing essential oils. Statements about our products and their contents have not been evaluated by the FDA
Allergen Information:
Please be advised that my products do contain nut oils. In order to test for known or unknown possible allergies, please test the product first on a small area of skin before applying to entire body. A patch test is the best possible way to see if there is a skin reaction to a particular ingredient combination. If irritation or redness occurs after using one of my products, wash affected part with soapy water and stop using the product immediately.

All my natural products have a shelf life of 6-9 months if stored properly. Because these products have no preservatives I recommend storing them in a cool dark place like your cupboard. For longest shelf life, you can store them in your refrigerator. This may not work for daily use, but if you are not using a product for a while or bought an extra one…go ahead and put it in the fridge for maximum freshness. (it will need to warm up to room temperature before use)
