From a hobby to a business

It all started as a hobby and my love of making my own candles and bath products. I went from selling to friends, family and co-workers to now a business. I use quality soy-blend wax and bath ingredients. That's one thing great about homemade products, is that we make ever item at the time of order to ensure you get the freshest products available. When you are ordering free shipping products, do not combine them with the paid shipped items or your order will be canceled. For some reason, I get an override and it doesn't calculate the shipping.
I only use one box per Sampler, so when your samplers is shipped they will be in separate boxes.

Returns and exchange details
I am not responable for lost or damages, or melting candles. I will make sure on my part that the items is package securely to prevent any damages. Tracking is added to each package so you will be able to track your package.
Payment
Please follow Etsy's guidelines and only purchase if you are able to pay for your order. If payment is not received within 3 days(48 hours) and I have not received any communication from the buyer, the transaction will be automatically canceled and reported to Etsy.

If you want to canceled an order, you have a four day window time to canceled.
Shipping
We ship USPS Parcel Mail and Priority mail, but be aware that Parcel is cheaper and can take up to 9 days to be deliver. We make sure that we are giving you the best shipping cost available at a reasonable price. All of our products are made to order so please allow 3-5 days for creating and shipping.



If shipped candles via USPS during the very hot weather, chances are the soy wax candles could melt. Shipping within State that are surrounding Michigan may not affect your candles, Please keep this in mind when purchasing candles in the summer months and specifically above 85 . Even though we try to ship during the week so it will not sit very long over the weekend. Our shipments are insured. USPS will most likely not reimburse for melted candles so we cannot be held liable for melted candles. I will make sure they are pack in Ice pack to prevent from melting.

Shipping Overage:
Etsy calculates our shipping and it's usually not always correct.. sometimes it comes out cheaper. I wish we could make cheaper rates but it goes off of weight so sometimes it will be a bit pricier. However, Any shipping overages will be refunded at $2.00 or greater!
Additional policies and FAQs
All lost, damaged, or stolen items will NOT be refunded.
Once items arrive at the post office, it is out of our hands. Please keep a close eye using the tracking number provided to you via email.
If you have a problem with your shipment, please contact your local post office and file a complaint with them, if necessary.
