♥ REFUND POLICY
Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item if there is an error on my part or damage from delivery (with pictures of damage) or if you have not received your item. I do not refund on custom orders if the error is not on my part, but am happy to work out a solution. If I've made a mistake on your order I will happily send out a replacement.

Shipping varies depending on items. Most items ship within 1-3 weeks depending on the item. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Items are shipped by USPS First Class Mail unless a faster method is purchased at checkout. USPS First Class Mail is estimated at 3-5 days delivery. You may check on your item through the tracking number provided to you through your email once your package ships. If you purchase the Priority Mail upgrade, this does NOT speed up my processing time, this just speeds up the delivery time through USPS.

♥ PROCESSING TIME
The processing time is the amount of time it takes me to create your item. My current turn around listed under the shipping information for each item. Shipping times vary by item.

♥ RUSH ORDERS
If you need your item sooner than my current turn around times listed under shipping on the item, you may purchase a Rush Order listing. Please message me before purchasing the listing in order to make sure I am able to accommodate your request.

♥ LOST ITEMS
If your item is lost or not delivered I will do my best to locate your item for you. If your item is deemed lost I will send a replacement in the mail for you. Replacements are usually sent on Fridays, however, this could vary depending on if I am able to ship by them. I want you to be 100% happy with your order. Please message me if you need help locating your item or believer it may be lost before leaving a review.

♥ SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO LACK OF INFORMATION
Please make sure you put all information requested in the seller comment box so that I am able to make your item. I will try to contact you if you forget important information required for creating your order. Most of the time I don't realize information needed to fulfill your order is missing until I go to work on it. If I am unable to reach you in time for your order to ship I will refund your order in full. You are more than welcome to repurchase the item and leave all of the requested info.

♥ PROOFS
I will happily provide a proof of your initials/name in any requested font prior to working on your order. Orders must be placed before proofs will be sent. Proofs are typically sent a one or two days before I begin working on your order.

♥ BUSINESS HOURS
Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm EST
I try to reply to convos within 2-3 hours. If I haven't responded within 24 hours, please resend your message. I'm always happy to help! Please note: I will do my best to answer questions on Saturdays and Sundays - however - I may not be able to answer you til Monday morning.

When will my item ship?

Instructions on Applying Decals

All decals should be placed on a clean, smooth surface.

1) Clean surfaces such as windows, tumblers and mugs with rubbing alcohol prior to application. Let dry completely.

2) Once the surface has dried, you may apply the decal by first smoothing it down with a credit card. Then gently peel away the backing from the transfer tape. The decal should be stuck to the clear tape.

3) Gently apply the decal to the surface from top to bottom (this helps with bubbles). Smooth down again with a credit card.

4) Now you can SLOWLY peel the transfer tape off the decal. I like to peel it back as closely to the surface as possible by rolling the transfer tape backwards.

My decal didn't apply correctly - what do I do?

Please never hesitate to let me know if your decal messed up while applying. I'm more than happy to help as I know accidents happen.

Does your decal have bubbles? No worries! I know this is frustrating. Take a needle and poke a small hole in your decal. The air will evaporate and your bubbles should no longer show within a day or two.

If that doesn't work, message me prior to leaving a review. Customer service is my top priority.

Can you create a custom order just for me?

Yes, absolutely! I love custom orders. Want a custom decal just for you? I can do it! Would you love something specific embroidered on a tee, sweatshirt, hat, etc? I'd love to do that for you!

If you see a specific design embroidered on a hat and want it on a tee that is definitely possible! Just send me a message and I'll get your custom order ready. The options are endless!

Sizing details

Most clothing we offer will be unisex in size unless otherwise noted. Size charts are always provided.

Care Instructions for Graphic Shirts

Machine wash all clothing with like colors. Do not use bleach or fabric softener with vinyl shirts. Lay flat to dry.
