Hello and welcome to Sweet Cinnamon Studio! My name is Lauren and I'm the owner, designer, and face behind Sweet Cinnamon Studio. A little about me I'm a DIY fanatic, I love my dog, traveling, and all things pretty and pink.
I believe in not taking life for granted and celebrating all of life's sweetest moments, no matter how small. Knowing how special these celebrations are is what inspired me to open my shop and to create beautiful and quality products for others.
I run my small business out of the office in my home located in Northern Kentucky. My sweet dog Cinnamon keeps me company while I'm creating and is the inspiration behind the idea and name of my shop.

Frequently asked questions
Do you accept custom orders?
I currently do not accept custom orders. However, if you need a small change to an item already listed in my shop feel free to send me a message to see if I can accommodate your request. Custom changes left in the notes to seller box, without contacting me first, will not be accepted.
Do you sell the digital files for your items?
I do not sell any digital files for any of the items available in my shop.
Will I receive my item in time for my event?
All orders are made and given to USPS in 3 business days or less. USPS shipping times can vary greatly based on time of year and location. Because of this I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for your item unless you would like to purchase upgraded shipping at checkout.
Can I purchase upgraded shipping to receive my item in time?
Yes, there is an upgraded shipping option at checkout called USPS priority mail express. If this option is selected your item is guaranteed to be delivered in 2 days or less from the time the post office receives the item. This time frame does not include the time it takes for me to make the item.
My item was damaged in transit, what do I do?
Any damage to items delivered must be reported within 72 hours from the date they are marked as delivered by USPS. Please send a message within 72 hours from the time the item is delivered along with a photo of the damaged item, and I will be happy to assist you with a solution.
