Payment
Paypal is the only form of payment accepted, and is expected immediately upon checkout.

Please be sure that your Etsy address matches your Paypal shipping address. Orders will be delayed if they don't match. Address confirmation will have to be made before item can be shipped.

Don't have a Paypal account? Not a problem! Simply follow these easy steps to pay with a credit card WITHOUT having to sign up for a Paypal account.

1: On your receipt, click on "pay with Paypal"
2: Click on "Don't have a Paypal account"
3: Follow the steps to complete the credit card information and finalize payment.
Shipping
All items will be shipped via USPS. Shipping is $2.50 for first item and .20 each additional item. Should you desire an alternate method of shipping, please convo me for pricing info. I will ship internationally for the price of $4.00 for the first item and .25 for each additional item.

Express delivery and insurance are available upon request. If you choose not to purchase additional protection, I cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds/exchanges are only offered if there is an error on my part or if an item is faulty. If an item is faulty you must contact me within 3 days of receipt for a refund/exchange.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, the item or items must be returned in their original condition. I will refund your account the amount of the shipping in order to return the item to me.

Please note that returned items will not be accepted that have been damaged through misuse, neglect or accident.

Should an item be damaged during shipping, please convo me upon receival.
