Welcome to my shop! I specialize in custom orders so please convo me with your ideas and/or requests:)
Shop policies are stated to inform you of my shipping, tracking, refunds, exchanges, feedback, etc. It is your responsibility to read this information.
Payment is due within 48 hours of purchase. Paypal is preferred.
Personal checks or bank checks may be accepted if discussed first. Please feel free to convo me with any questions regarding payment.
~SHIPPING & RUSH ORDERS~
Most orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days after payment is received. Custom or bulk orders may take longer. All orders are shipped USPS First Class with tracking. Some orders will go USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail or Next Day shipping is always available for an additional shipping cost.
PLEASE BE SURE YOUR SHIP TO ADDRESS IS CORRECT IN PAYPAL. THIS IS THE ADDRESS I SHIP TO. IF IT IS INCORRECT ON ETSY BE SURE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE OR NOTE ON THE ORDER WITH YOUR CORRECT ADDRESS. If an order has been shipped to an incorrect/ incomplete address and the Post Office returns item for any reason it is the Buyer's responsibility to pay any additional shipping to re-route the shipment.
Once a package has shipped and in possession of the USPS ‘Sweet Dahlia’ is NOT liable for damage or loss. All orders over $50 will automatically have insurance added to them which is an expense that I cover. If you would like to add insurance at your cost please SEND A CONVO BEFORE you pay and I will send you a revised invoice. I update tracking info on my orders when they ship out so please contact USPS with all tracking questions before contacting me.
If you need an order shipped faster than the processing/shipping times provided CONVO ME PRIOR TO PURCHASE. Leaving a request in the comments section when purchasing does not guarantee a faster shipment or shipment. I may not see the notes to seller until I print orders to process it so if you need something ASAP please check with me first. Please understand that I do try to ship as quickly as I possibly can but to guarantee earlier shipment you need to convo me first for a rush order. Orders are filled in the order that they are received so production times may be longer that stated depending on my current order to fill.
By making a purchase, you are agreeing to the shop policies and processing times. Please convo me with any questions and or concerns.
Refunds and Exchanges
~REFUNDS & EXCHANGES~
If there is problem with your purchase please convo me within 5 days of receiving your order. Since most of my orders are handmade custom or personalized items returns are generally not accepted. However if for any reason you're unhappy with it please let me know & I will work with you the best that I can. Personalized item may be able to be returned for the order cost less a 25% fee. Paypal will also take fees for issuing a refund. Please note that I cannot control or adjust Paypal fees.
I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, and I will pay to ship the new items to you. If your package does NOT arrive, I will wait 30 days before issuing a refund. Refunds will be the item cost less all Paypal fees. All domestic US orders carry tracking info which is sent to you when the item ships. An order marked "delivered" will not be refunded under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding. We would like to think the postal service is perfect but things do happen. If the delivery confirmation shows the item as delivered, I will count it as such & will not replace it. Please check with everyone is your household and your neighbors before assuming the item is lost.

I'd love to hear your feedback. You can see by my shops score that I have excellent feedback with minimal neutrals or negatives. Of course you can't make everyone happy but please contact me first if you are thinking of leaving a neutral or negative feedback about your order. I will always do anything I can to make a situation right if you are not happy with your purchase! Just let me know so I can try to make it better! I will work with you in any situation to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
