The blanket and burp clothes turned out awesome. And the personalized monogrammed just made it more beautiful. Highly recommend this shop and its products.

I am SO beyond disappointed with this item. I had no idea that it was just a mug with letter stickers on it. Ian's to make matters worse, one of the stickers isn't on straight so there is a bubble! It looks cheap and I would be embarrassed to give this as a gift to the person it was intended for.

Payment is due at the time of order. If payment is not made within 24 hours of placing your order it will be canceled and removed.
Your purchased items will be packaged securely prior to shipment to minimize any damage during shipment. Sweet Diva can only accept responsibility for your purchased item to the point of shipment and will not accept responsibility for any damages or losses that occur during shipment.
Refunds and Exchanges
Therefore, Sweet Diva only provides refunds/exchanges in the event of a fault with the product (including custom orders) within 30 days of purchase. If there is a problem with the item you purchased , please contact me so that the problem may be resolved.
In the event that an exchange is deemed necessary, direct exchanges are not guaranteed due to varying availability of material and accessories used; however, Sweet Diva will try to provide you with the closest match possible and will be more than happy to provide you with pictures of the item for your approval prior to shipment.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.
No refunds or exchanges on customized orders unless item is faulty.
