I lovingly make every one of my clips, headbands, and bows by hand. Each hair accessory is hand tied and then sewn together, rather than just glue in place. I make every effort to sew AND glue all embellishments. This ensures that your bow will withstand the rigors of little wearers for the long haul.

Custom order and special requests are my favorite things! Please contact me if you don't see exactly what you are looking for and I would be happy to help design the perfect bow!

I accept PayPal only. "Other" payment option exists for gift certificates only. Payments made with "other" without valid gift certificate code will be cancelled and items will be relisted.
Shipping
SHIPPING METHOD:

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class shipping. If you require faster shipping, please contact me and I will work with you on Priority or Express shipping. Paypal invoices for non-standard shipping must be paid before your Priority or Express package will be sent.

SHIPPING COSTS:

I offer flat rate shipping. This means that you only pay shipping costs for the first item that you purchase-- all of the other items in that transaction will ship for free. This reduced flat rate shipping price only applies to items packaged together and shipped to the same address.

Shipping rates including postage and packaging expenses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

I happily ship internationally. All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the buyer and may be due upon arrival. My items are considered Haberdashery and cannot be shipped to all countries, most notably, Italy.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. If you aren't satisfied with my product, please let me know within 10 days of delivery confirmation date and I will refund the cost of the item when it is returned to me. If your item is damaged in transit, I will replace it at my cost.

CUSTOM ORDERS

I love to customize bows! I take extreme care to make each custom order perfect and I am open to remaking and revising bows until they are just how you envisioned them. Because custom bow take extra time and special attention, the following policies apply to every custom order:

*Custom bow listings include a 15% surcharge. This surcharge allows me to spend extra time and effort on your bow.

*Custom bow listings must be payed before any supplies will be ordered or any work will be done on your bow. I will begin working on your order and order supplies as soon as I receive confirmation of your order.

*I want you to be 100% happy with your custom order. I am happy to remake your bow until it is exactly what you want. Because each custom order is unique and requires special attention, I cannot provide a full refund for your custom bow if you feel the need to cancel or return your bow. If you feel the need to cancel, refunds will only be granted according to the following schedule:
*FULL REFUND OF SHIPPING AND PURCHASE PRICE LESS SURCHARGE: If
I have not ordered supplies or started work on your bow, I am happy to refund
your shipping fee, as well as the cost of the bow less the 15% custom bow
surcharge.
*FULL REFUND OF SHIPPING AND PURCHASE PRICE LESS SURCHARGE
AND COST OF SUPPLIES: If I have ordered special supplies for your bow when
you feel the need to cancel, I am happy to refund the shipping fee, as well as
the cost of the bow less the 15% custom bow surcharge and costs of any
supplies purchased.
*FULL REFUND OF SHIPPING AND SURCHARGE: Because of the unique
nature of each custom bow and my inability to resell most custom bows, I am
unable to provide refunds on custom orders that have been made. I am always
willing to remake your custom order to meet your needs if you are not happy
with any part of the bow. If your custom bow has been completed and you feel
the need to cancel, rather than have the bow remade to your liking, I am happy
to refund your shipping fee and custom bow surcharge.

*Custom bow order take special time, care, and attention. Sometimes, I need to order special supplies to accommodate your custom order. Sometimes, I need to make special trips to specialty shops for supplies that I do not normally use. I want to make sure your order is perfect. For this reason, I am unable to make custom orders on RUSH. If you have a time frame on your custom bow, I will work with you to meet that time frame, but ask at least 7-10 day lead time to complete your order.

*Each and every bow in my shop is handmade and designed by me. I own all copyrights and intellectual property rights to the bow designs that I make, including the rights bows that have been customized per request. I reserve the right to replicate, list, and sell custom designs.
*If you prefer that your custom order remain one-of-a-kind (OOAK), I am happy
to work with you to ensure that your custom bow is not sold. I do require a 5%
surcharge for OOAK custom orders (in addition to the 15% custom
surcharge). The 5% OOAK surcharge is refundable in the same manner as
the 15% surcharge schedule above.


HOW LONG UNTIL SHIPPED?

Unless otherwise noted, bows are made to order. Turn around time varies and can take up to 7 days. Most orders will ship within 1-2 days, however. If there is a delay in your order, I will contact you.

RUSH ORDERS:

I am happy to do rush orders! Please contact me prior to placing your rush order to inquire about current turn around time. My standard shipping is USPS first class ground (about 5 mailing days). If your rush order requires faster shipment, I am happy to ship USPS Priority or Express. If you would like Priority or Express shipment, please let me know that I will invoice the shipping difference via PayPal and will not ship your order until the shipping invoice is paid.

EMAILS AND REQUESTS ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON and SATURDAY:

I am not near my shop from Friday afternoon until late Saturday night. I will not respond to any requests, make any orders, or ship any orders during that time. I will do my best to accommodate all requests as quickly as possible after that time.
