UPDATE 12/9/2020:
Dear Customers:
Thank you SO much for considering a handmade item from Sweet E’s!
I hope you will consider a hand-crafted gift or decor for your home from my small business this holiday season.
USPS is still running slightly behind. To ensure delivery in time for Christmas, please place your orders no later than Dec. 16.
Most items in this shop are free shipping eligible -- if you place an order after Dec. 16, I can ship USPS Priority 2-Day, UPS 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air, or Next Day Air, Dec. 19, 21-23rd, respectively, but if you require that service, there will be an additional shipping charge to ensure your item arrives in time.
Local delivery within 10 miles of Troy, New York and Longmeadow, Mass. are available. I can deliver in the Troy area until Dec. 18 and in Longmeadow until Christmas Eve.
As always, custom orders ARE available. If you are looking for something specific and don't see it here, PLEASE send me a message -- I can probably make it!
Please contact the shop directly with any questions, I will do my best to make sure you get what you need!

How do you handle custom orders?
I love custom orders! Creating something special for you or someone you love is one of the most exciting parts of my business.
For custom orders, I will communicate with the buyer to ensure you receive exactly what you're looking for and I will provide a quote for the item before we start.
The item must be paid in full, via a custom item link.
Two design proofs/mock-ups are included in the cost of custom orders.
After two proofs/design mock-ups and/or if multiple commercial licenses must be purchased to complete a custom order, the buyer must pay an additional $20 design fee.
The $20 design fee covers the cost of any commercial license for a font or graphic and two additional design proofs for the client.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrapping is available for most items for $4.00. Choose the add on at check out.
