we've changed up the shop layout...
*now everything is separated by designer if it is along the lines of florals...3 Sisters, Brenda Riddle Designs, Tilda, Tanya Whelan, and the like.
*all our civil war can be found in one place...yardage, bundles, kits...
*we've compiled all the embroidery (basic, ribbon, brazilian, crazy quilting, sashiko)
hopefully this new layout will make it easier to find the style and cut you'd like without having to move from section to section.

Custom and personalized orders
yes...but keep in mind...that custom orders are non-returnable.
shipping?
all shipping is via USPS...with tracking.
orders over $10 are usually shipped with tracking and insurance.
orders are shipped to address on order. if address is incorrect/order is returned to sender...refund will be for price of item(s) only...shipping will not be refunded.
returns?
in the event that a return has been agreed upon.
if item(s) have been shipped, please mark package "return to sender" and drop back in the mail.

delayed or lost package?
we cannot be held responsible for delayed, lost, stolen packages. please check with your local post office first...they may have it.
if the item has insurance i can put in a claim, and we can go from there.
if there is no insurance, then it is a "wait and see" type situation.
item availability?
please keep in mind...we have a storefront...so we may have more or on occasion less than what you purchased.
if we have more...it may be relisted immediately.
if we have less...i will contact you via convo to see how you wish to proceed. if i do not hear back on or before the ship date, i will put through a cancelation.
free shipping?
we offer free shipping on a handful of kits only...keep in mind when adding to it...there will be a shipping fee.
coupon codes, sales, discounts?
as a rule we do not offer coupon codes, run sales, or have a quantity discount.
(we run a cyber weekend sale...and have ran flash sales.)
international shipping?
international shipping is expensive and varies by country and weight of item(s) ordered. i have set shipping high to cover everyone. shipping overage will be refunded after item(s) have shipped.
be aware...items will be shipped with tracking and possibly insurance just in case an item is lost in transit. if you opt to ship without we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
epp papers and acrylic templates?
please be aware when purchasing papers and templates...that the template is only included in options that have the pack amount followed by a reference to the template...whether "+tem", "/tem", "+acrylic", etc.
cannot download pdf
please convo me if you are having issues with your PDF (i do not always see reviews...so they are not the best way to contact me).
--pdfs cannot be downloaded to a mobile device
--find the order that contains the pdfs then to the right there will be a "download files" button
