In the case that your order arrived damaged please contact me for refund or replacement. If you are able to send an image showing the damage I would appreciate it so I can see what went wrong and prevent it from happening in the future.

If you received the wrong item Sweet Graffix will replace the item and pay return shipping on the incorrect item if required. If you decide you want to return the item for any other reason please message me.

Orders are usually shipped out within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified. Most US shipments are sent USPS First Class with tracking, but some smaller decals are sent standard mail with no tracking number. Please read the listing detail to learn more about shipping for your order, or contact us through etsy.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS - Any international orders for decals over 12" long (30cm) will be folded. This will not damage the decal or cause any trouble with application. If you need a large decal to be rolled up instead of folded there will be an additional shipping fee. Please contact me before purchase if you are located outside of the US and would prefer that your decal be rolled prior to shipping.

All international shipments are subject to import taxes, VAT and service fees. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are paid by the buyer in their country at time of delivery. As a seller, I am not responsible for paying these fees and they are not included in the price of the item or the shipping. Please give your item time to reach you. Once a package leaves my hands it's in the care of the postal service. Some packages can get stuck in customs for a month or more.

Lastly, all international shipments require a full name or business name in the address. Due to postal regulations orders without a complete name may be held up in customs.

Any orders shipping to Pennsylvania will be charged 6% state sales tax. If a coupon code is applied the sales tax will be applied to the discounted price.
