5 out of 5 starsThe buttons are absolutely fabulous. They are more than I imagined. The colors are exactly what I was asking for. I'm thoroughly pleased with them. Shipping required some additional communicating between myself and the seller but everything worked out fine.

1 out of 5 starsThis is not an ornament but a pin with the safety pin removed and a cheap string ran through it. Have to say I'm a little disappointed.

I'm very sorry you were disappointed in the item you received. The listing includes a picture of the back of the ornament hanging where you can clearly see the string and metal back. Also the listing states the following: *Ornaments are 2.25 inches in diameter. *Ornaments are flat and are not round ball ornaments. The backside is aluminum and can not be printed. *Ornaments are laser printed on bright white paper and protected from the elements with a mylar coating. *Comes with string in gold, green or red. Can easily be replaced with a wire ornament hanger. If you have any feedback on how to make these qualities more clear to a buyer, please let me know and I will work on amending my listings.

Is customization available?
All printed buttons are available for customization. There is a flat $5 fee to customize an existing design for sale.
If you would like a brand new, custom button designed for you there will be an initial $30 design fee which includes 2 proofs and 1 minor revision. Additional revisions and proofs will be charged at a rate of $30 per hour in quarter hour (.25) increments.
Please request the customization via convo before ordering to ensure custom orders can arrive in time for your event.
Pre-printed, fabric, or upcycled book designs can not be customized.
Can you rush my order?
Due to demand most items will ship in 7-14 days.
You may request rush processing for an additional fee.
* Shipping within 24 hours of ordering is $15.
* Shipping within 48 hours of ordering is $10.
You may also want to purchase a rush shipping method. If one is not listed for the item you would like to buy please contact me directly for a shipping quote.
Care instructions

* Mirrors can be cleaned with a paper towel or soft cloth lightly sprayed with glass cleaner.
Will the be any variation in button colors?
Items are printed on a laser color printer from files using CMYK color. This means more vibrant colors may be darker or muted. Your computer monitor does not show color in CMYK so the printed colors may differ slightly from those shown on screen.
