Please read item descriptions carefully before purchasing. In general, all sales are final. However, I will consider returns in exceptional circumstances. Please contact me before initiating a return. Before the purchase price of the item is refunded, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping and for returning the item to me in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

I want all buyers to be happy with their items and to feel confident in purchases they make from the shop. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have, and I will make every effort possible to accommodate you.

I accept payments via PayPal. Payment is expected immediately upon placing your order. If needed, I will send a friendly email reminding you that payment is needed. If after 48 hours the item has not been paid for, I reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist the item.

Items generally ship within 48 hours of payment.

Domestic packages are sent via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation. I offer discounted shipping on multiple items.

International orders are sent via USPS First Class International/Air Mail.
Please be aware of your country’s import restrictions and note that you, the buyer, are responsible for all customs fees, duty fees, or applicable taxes on any purchases.

If you would like to upgrade to a faster method or add insurance, please feel free to contact me, and I will send you a revised invoice.

I know that shipping costs are a factor in your decision to purchase an item. I agonize over the cost of international shipping and shipping on heavy items. Please know that I am not out to make a profit on shipping and do my best to charge you accurately.

Recycling and sustainability are important to me, and I use clean, recycled packing material whenever possible. Also, to reduce paper waste, I generally do not include an invoice for your order. You can review your order details in "Your Etsy" by clicking on "Purchases". If you require strictly new packaging or would like a copy of your invoice mailed with your order, please let me know in the "note to seller" during the checkout process.

Gifts
If you are purchasing an item as a gift, I will be happy to ship it directly to the recipient. Please let me know in the “note to seller” during the checkout process and include the message you would like to have handwritten on the gift enclosure. Your gift item will be beautifully wrapped with care.
