The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Need to send an item back? No problem! I offer a fifteen day no questions asked return policy and will be happy to refund the purchase price of any item purchased from us. The item has to be returned to me in as purchased condition within the fifteen day purchase date. I refund the purchase price only via PayPal and do not refund shipping costs.
Sweet Magnolia Lane accepts Paypal only at this time, and as soon as your payment is received and has cleared, your item will be shipped.
I ship all books by United States Post Office Media Mail, which takes 2-8 days for delivery. If you would like a book faster, please contact me and I will make a revised listing with faster shipping.

I ship all other items USPS Priority Mail (unless the item is light enough and I will ship it First Class). All shipping prices include Delivery Confirmation, but not insurance.

If you would like insurance on your purchase or faster shipping, please contact me and I will make a revised listing.

I only ship to the US, but if you would like an item shipped internationally, please contact me and I might be able to work something out!

NOTE: I will ship the item(s) to the address you have specified on the etsy invoice, so if you need an item shipped to a different address, please let me know at the time of sale!
