Welcome to Sweet Magnolia Design! Please message us if you have any questions, but hopefully the following information can answer any questions you may have.

THE PROCESS
If you are happy with the listing as is, message us with your quantity so we can create a custom order listing with the total price. If you need an estimate for something specific, let us know and we can send you a quote. Once you have paid and approved your design, we will start producing your item. Please allow us 7-10 days to fulfill smaller orders. For larger orders, please allow 10-14 days. Give yourself adequate time when placing your order as WE DO NOT PROVIDE RUSH SERVICE.

PROOFING
We will message you a proof of the design after you send us the correct wording and after you have paid. We allow three rounds of revisions. Any revisions after that, we will charge $10 per revision.

We highly recommend that you look over the proof carefully! If you have changes or need to cancel your order after you have officially approved your design and we have already sent the file to print, there will be a $25 cancellation fee and then a $25 set-up fee to re-submit your files.

COLOR
We do everything we can to display accurate colors on etsy and on our proofs. Please understand that colors look different on various monitors. Feel free to message us if you have any concerns and we will do our best match a color closest to what you are looking for.

Payment
We accept PayPal and personal checks. Please make your checks out to Jessica Wong or Pauline Pellicer and mail your check to 6255 Mount Vernon Oaks Drive, Atlanta, Georgia 30328

Note that we cannot start on the design process once we receive payment.

Taxes: All Georgia residents are subject to sales tax.
Shipping
Your shipment will be departing from the metro Atlanta, Georgia area. Do allow sufficient time for delivery. If you would like to know more information about USPS’s shipping rates and times, visit http://postcalc.usps.gov/ . If you are interested in overnighting or two day delivery, please inform us and we will make sure to do so (you will incur the standard overnight/two-day rates on your final bill).

Domestic
USPS Priority Mail (2-4 days) with tracking

International
USPS Priority mail (6-10 days) with tracking

Please allow adequate timing for international mailing because many countries experience delays at customs. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any extra tariffs that your country may impose on your package. Check with your local post office if you are worried about tariffs.

Please understand that we are not responsible for any delays or non-deliveries by the United States Post Office that are beyond our control. Make sure that the address that you have listed with etsy or the addresses that you provide us are correct. If we need to ship your package elsewhere, please notify us at checkout.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we have sent you our artwork, all sales are final.

You are 100% responsible for the proofs.

Additional policies and FAQs
Currently we do not offer just parts of an invitation suite where the materials are unassembled, for we cannot guarantee the quality of the final product once it leaves our shop. We are more than happy to conveniently put together your invitations, so they truly reflect what you see and purchase in our product listings.

We do more than just invitations, so message us with any extra matching items you may want to include in your wedding or party.
