Busy hands and a happy heart.

I am a happy mother of four who takes being creative very seriously. As a child I admired my talented mother and her various skills in drawing, crochet, sewing, cross-stitch, embroidery, baking and cake decorating. Although I don't consider myself an expert in any one skill, I thoroughly enjoy dabbling in many different crafts and hobbies. I love life and any opportunity to learn something new.

I enjoy making handmade items and creating patterns and printables from the comfort of my home. I also love to teach. In my shop you will find fun and informative handouts and booklets I've written on various topics. I love being a part of Etsy, as both a seller and a buyer.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Your satisfaction is very important to me. If for some reason you are not happy with your order, please contact me and I'll do everything I can to make it right. Items may be returned in original, unopened packaging within 30 days for exchange or refund. No refunds or exchanges on patterns due to the nature of the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Payment
I accept payment by credit card or Paypal. If you need to cancel your order for some reason, feel free to contact me.
Shipping
I ship my products in padded envelopes using USPS First Class Mail. I generally ship 3-5 business days after payment. Most items arrive in 3-5 days, but please allow up to 10 days for delivery. If you need your product faster, please contact me and I can calculate the additional charges for Priority Shipping.

I ship to the address on the Etsy receipt. If you need it mailed to a different destination than this, please contact me. I always include a receipt of your order. If this item is a gift for someone else and you don't want a receipt included, please let me know.
