Welcome and thank you for shopping at Sweet Nothings. My name is Tammy Mulliniks and I am a stay at home wife and mom of two sweet little girls. I love for my girls to have adorable things to wear and I like when my girls have bows to match, and thought there might be others out there like me! I have been making custom jewelry for about 9 years and ventured into clothing and bow making when my little girls came along. When we moved and I resigned my management position with AT&T to become a stay at home mom, we decided I would take these abilities and start a home business. I believe in quality first, and have thrown away anything that I would not wear or want my girls to wear due to poor quality. Your satisfaction is my top priority. You will not be disappointed.
Accepted payment methods
Payment is due upon ordering. I only accept PayPal.
Shipping charges listed are for the lower 48 United States. If you want something rushed, please call me so that I can quote you the charges for expediting your shipping. Insurance is available upon request. I do not insure automatically, so please let me know if you would like me to add that to your order. I will provide a tracking number for the USPS shipments at the time of shipping so that you will know where your package is at all times. I can only guarantee the date I will ship it out, not the date you will get it in the mail. USPS only guarantees overnighted packages, so we are at their mercy. International shipping will need to be quoted as well, so please contact me for pricing.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns accepted within in 14 days of shipment date (unless it is personalized, and those items are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable), and you must call and speak with me regarding the reason for the return before I will accept it back. The items must be returned in the same packaging and be unworn and in the same condition as when it was sent. I cannot make guarantees once they have been worn, since I cannot know how the item was treated. Jewelry is delicate and should be treated as such, so if the items appear to be worn or mistreated I will not be able to refund you for the items. However, please call and discuss any issues you might have, as I want you to be happy with your purchase and make referrals. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
