Welcome to SweetOrangeFox! Formerly SimplyScissors, we are making the jump to unite our two brands! We are thrilled to be able to decorate your party or event and specialize in both custom and LAST-MINUTE orders! It is *almost* never too late to place an order! Returns and exchanges
Because of the nature of the product, we do not accept returns, but we will evaluate exchange requests on a case-by-case basis in extreme cases. More than anything, we want to make sure that you are happy with your order and will work with you to make that happen.

Please keep in mind that NO refunds will be issued on custom items in ANY case.

Please make sure you read the ENTIRE listing description of the items you are ordering before placing your order. Some fabrics/colors/fonts may vary slightly from what is pictured due to availability from suppliers. We are always working hard to keep our turnaround times to a minimum, but we do experience busy seasons and other times of high order volume which can result in a longer processing and shipping time. If you have a specific event, photo shoot, etc for which you need your items, you MUST include the date in the notes section of your order. For holiday items, we will make sure you have them in plenty of time to enjoy them for the holiday season!

WE WORK OFF EVENT DATE RATHER THAN ORDER DATE - the shipping times in each listing are estimates only and based on typical turnaround times (NOT in peak or holiday seasons). Shipping times are NOT guaranteed without an event date in the notes section of your order. Please note that delivery dates are NEVER guaranteed, as we cannot predict unforeseen delays with the postal service.

If your order is placed with less than a week before your event/need-by date, delivery is NOT guaranteed and NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES will be accepted.
