Great customer service!! Unfortunately, my order arrived damaged (to no fault of Hannah's!) I let her know and she immediately sent me back the part of my order that was damaged. I haven't baked the brownies yet because they're a Christmas gift, but the package smells amazing and the instructions look really easy. Can't wait to try them!
