very nice product but took a REALLY LOOOONG time to get. Like nearly 2 months from order date til arrival. I didn't place a larger order because I was worried they wouldn't arrive in time.
Accepted payment methods
*Payment is due within 3 days of purchase.
*Unpaid items will be disputed after 7 days
*If the item has not been paid for and no communication with the buyer is made within 15 days after purchase, I will close the dispute by issuing an unpaid item strike. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
*Methods: USPS, UPS
*When the payment is received you will receive notification and your order will be shipped according to the current turnaround times listed in the "Shop Announcements" at the front of the shop (Saturday and Sunday orders will be shipped Monday). Certain orders require time to construct and harden for shipping.
*Packaging: You can be assured that your products will be packaged and shipped professionally and intact. Items are usually boxed with bakery tissue and secured to stop any movements that might induce breakage. Sometimes your item is sealed in a bakery bag and secured on a board. I use the method that best fits the items to be shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
Conditions: If your order confirmation and the packing slip do not match which results in receiving the wrong product, please e-mail me at sweet_petal_bakery [!at] hotmail.com and we will make an arrangement.
If the items are very badly broken and you feel that you should be reimbursed, please take a clear photo of ALL the broken items and send the photos in a convo to me. In other words, if you will not be using ANY of the broken items for your event, then your case will be considered for reimbursement of the unused broken items. Shipping for these items, however, will not be reimbursed.

Q: What if anything breaks? Can I glue the pieces together?
A: Yes! For small to medium breakage I find that this simple way is the best way to repair damage. If it is a clean break you can mend the pieces to where you cannot even notice the damage.
Here is what you do:
To fix broken petals or leaves: Lightly dip the tip of the broken piece in lukewarm water. Shake off any excess drops and align the piece carefully to the same broken edge of the main leaf or flower. Put the mended item in a cool, well ventilated place where it won’t be disturbed. If the broken piece will not stay in place, try to prop it into place with wooden skewers, toothpicks, aluminum foil or piece of paper towel. If you can, blow a gentle fan on the mended item. Leave it for as long as you can untouched. If you are pressed for time, you can try to move the flower after 4 hours but try to never touch the broken piece again because it is weak.
