Welcome to Sweet Rose Cookie Studio!! I'm so pleased that you are taking an interest in my work! I'm enthusiastic about the cookies I produce! I use some of the finest ingredients and I take great care in the preparation of every order!
If you are looking for something you don't see in my shop, PLEASE contact me! I can almost definitely accommodate you!
Just about every item you see listed can be created as a Favor, Cookie Pop or to be plated. I can also create and attach note tags per your needs. These Note Tags can convey any message you would like! They are an awesome personal touch!

Returns and exchanges
Due to the food nature of this product no refunds will not be issued. If your order has been started, no refund will be issued. If you decide you'd like to cancel your order prior to the start of production, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order price will apply.
If your item arrives damaged and is the fault of the carrier, please file claim with the shipping carrier. Once your order leaves my care and is in good condition, I am no longer responsible for any damages incurred during transit.
**Sweet Rose Cookie Studio is not responsible for extreme weather conditions that delay the delivery of your order. I can not track weather conditions in all areas of the country. Therefore, if you are expecting extreme weather that me delay your shipment, please advise me so that we can adjust your ship date to allow a few extra days.**

Payment
Payment is due at the time order is placed. Your order is not considered complete until your payment is received. Production will not begin nor will your order be added to my production calendar until your payment has been received. Your payment must be received at least 1 week prior to product shipment.
Shipping
**Sweet Rose Cookie Studio is not responsible for extreme weather conditions that delay the delivery of your order. I can not track weather conditions in all areas of the country. Therefore, if you are expecting extreme weather that me delay your shipment, please advise me so that we can adjust your ship date to allow a few extra days.**
Please allow a 7 day lead time to process your order for shipment from the day your payment is received.
When your order is shipped, all cookies are well packaged to ensure they have very little room to move around in the box. If you REQUIRE an exact amount, you should order a couple extra. Better safe than sorry! Sweet Rose Cookie Studio is not responsible for breakage or bleeding of cookies while in transit, as we have no control over how the carrier will handle the shipment.
I only ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (except on holidays) via USPS Priority 2-3 Day Service so your order wont sit idle at the Post Office over the weekend or spend a week in a truck in transit to you.
I ship orders to the EXACT address you provide, so please make sure the address you provide is correct! I will not provide refund for incorrect shipping addresses or if USPS is unable to deliver.
