If you do not love your piece, or it does not fit properly, please contact me within 5 days of receipt of item. I will refund your cost (not including shipping) if you decide to return the item, exchange for another piece, or adjust the size at no additional cost. You are responsible for return shipping unless I make a mistake on your order.

If your piece ever becomes damaged or needs repair, I will happily fix it for you. Please email or convo me to work out the details. Things happen and I want you to be happy with your item for years to come. Most items will be fixed at no charge, but email me with the details first to confirm. Please take care of these pieces and don't expose them to water (swimming, showering, etc) or harsh chemicals.

Payment upon checkout is most appreciated, but you can take up to 3 days if needed. If you need longer, please email me at the email address listed above and I will work with you to accommodate your schedule as best I can.

Paypal is the only accepted form of payment at this time. You may use your credit card through Paypal, even if you do not have a Paypal account. Need help checking out? Please check out this link for more info:

Please make sure you cross reference your Etsy address with your paypal address. A difference in addresses could delay shipment. I'd be happy to ship to a third party address, especially if your purchase is a gift, just email me at time of purchase to let me know.

If payment is not received within 3 days of purchase, and you have not contacted me for an extension, unfortunately the transaction will be cancelled and the item relisted. Please feel free to purchase again!

Orders will ship within 2 business days of cleared payment and will arrive nicely packaged ready to be given as a gift or to keep for yourself. Items shipping to USA will ship via USPS First class mail and generally arrive within 3-5 business days. International orders will take longer, even to Canada.

If you need something quicker, please contact me before purchasing to see if we can work out the delivery time and arrange for expedited shipping. I'd be happy to ship priority mail (2-3 days) or express mail (1-2 days) upon request for an extra charge determined by location. If not contacted prior to order placement for expedited shipping, item will be shipped USPS First Class.

When your item ships, I will send you a message with the shipping information, including tracking numbers (not available for international shipping). Care is taken to ensure that your item arrives to you undamaged, items always ship in bubble-wrapped packages. If you would like insurance, please let me know and I will send you an adjusted invoice. All orders over $75 will automatically include insurance at no additional cost.
