The cupcake toppers were sooo cute and absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend!
Everything in our shop is made by us with great care and attention to detail. All items can be personalized with text, and customized with your choice of colors. Please convo us with your special requests or ideas for your event - we love custom orders and would be delighted to create something just for you!
Please be aware that we are busy moms who also work outside our homes during the day. We do our best to respond to convos within a few hours; during peak times, however, it may be 24 hours before we're able to get back with you. We do check convos periodically on weekends and holidays, and will respond no later than the next business day.
Accepted payment methods
A rush order fee of $15 will be charged for any orders placed within two weeks of an event date. Orders placed within one week of an event date will also incur an additional fee for overnight/express mail shipping, which will run upwards of $18.00 depending on location. All fees must be paid prior to start of work.
We are happy to include one change in color/font/layout per design free of charge, but each additional revision to my original design after that will incur a $5.00 redesign fee.
If clip art must be purchased for your unique party theme, the cost of the clip art will be included in your order.
Items are shipped to the address you have listed in Etsy, unless other arrangements are made. We are not responsible for orders that are lost due to an incorrect address listed in Etsy.
Digital items (printable invitations, etc.) are emailed within 48 hours of ordering, unless other arrangements are made.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because we use a professional printer for our decorations, if you decide to cancel your order after we have sent it to print, we will refund the amount of your purchase minus the cost of printing. We understand that people change their minds, but we are a small business and are not able to absorb the cost of printing items that we are no longer able to sell.

Additional policies and FAQs
We can make decorations in almost any theme and color, but we're limited to what cardstock, ribbon, and clip art is commercially available. Items in our shop are representations of what we can make for you, and colors and patterns of paper and ribbon may be substituted with similar items if the originals are no longer available. Your party decorations will always be unique and of the highest quality!
PLEASE NOTE: Due to copyright and trademark infringement laws, we are NOT able to create anything using licensed characters, which includes but is not limited to Disney, Nick Jr., PBS, and TV/movie/video game characters, etc.
We regularly post our current turnaround time in our shop announcement. Please check turnaround time or convo us if you have questions before purchasing anything in our shop that is needed in 4 weeks or less. If you do not check with us first, your order may be cancelled if our schedule is full.
All our creations are made in a smoke-free home. Gift wrapping is available free of charge for stationery items.
