I accept payment through CREDIT CARDS. Direct checkout is the default method of payment. I also accept payments through PAYPAL.
For International Customers: If you are randomly picked to pay customs fees and then choose to reject the package at the post office and the merchandise is returned to me in perfect condition I will refund your purchase price minus the shipping.
We ship worldwide (except to Mexico) by Priority Mail with-in the U.S. and First Class International Mail to international customers. This means your items should arrive in 2-3 business days in the U.S. and 10-14 days Internationally. The Post Office does not guarantee this time; it's their educated guess and it CAN take as long as 3-6 weeks internationally. We ship within two to three days after your confirmed payment. This means in the U.S. you should have your order within 6 to 7 business days. In other countries it just depends on customs but I ship ASAP.
We DO NOT SHIP TO MEXICO. Delivery cannot be guaranteed and I've had items that never arrive.
If there is a problem with the WORKMANSHIP of your item and you are not happy with your purchase just let me know within 7 days of your receiving the item and we'll work it out to YOUR satisfaction. I do NOT offer refunds on custom orders unless the workmanship is in question (i.e. a thread has come loose, etc.) or on missing orders marked "Delivered" by the United States Postal Service.
We love custom orders - there is usually only a $5 custom pattern design fee! Add a name, change a name, no problem!

Returns and exchanges
If your item arrives damaged due to an issue during delivery, please document/take pictures of the damage and contact me for a solution.
If you wish to return your item, please contact me and carefully re-package the item(s) for a safe trip back to me. I must receive the returned item(s) no later than two weeks (with-in the U.S.) after tracking shows it was delivered to you. Only the price of the item is refundable, not the shipping. Once I have received the returned item in the condition it was shipped to you, the cost of the item will be refunded.
We do not ship to Mexico. Any orders placed from that country will be refunded in full.
Payment
I also accept payments through PAYPAL. You do not need a PAYPAL account. You can pay with a credit card directly from this site. If you choose to purchase with an e-check or credit card VIA PAYPAL, the money may take a few days to clear and I will not ship until it has.

Please be sure to take into account obscure Federal holidays and leave yourself enough time for shipping before your event. I do NOT guarantee delivery times as I have no control over the USPS or International Post Offices unless you pay for upgraded shipping.
