I WANT TO RETURN MY NEW SHINY ITEM I JUST BOUGHT FROM YOU:

All purchases are considered final, even if you are plagued with buyers remorse upon hitting the purchase button/opening the package or the item doesn't fit how you dreamed.

Please keep in mind that all things sold here at Rag Riot are time travelers, and some items might show minor wear. Everything in the shop is measured and described carefully. If you still have questions or something is unclear, ask!

OK, SO YOU DON'T TAKE RETURNS. HOW ABOUT AN EXCHANGE/PARTIAL REFUND?

Nope. No. Nada.

WHAT IF I NOTE MINOR DAMAGE NOT MENTIONED IN THE DESCRIPTION?

No refunds, returns, partial refunds or exchanges will be offered for incredibly minor wear/"flaws" that you find upon receipt (e.g. popped seams, ghost stitching, spare threads on seams, etc) that I might have missed in the description.

In the off chance that I have failed to note something drastic in the condition and a return/refund is decided, the buyer must:
- return the item and provide tracking within five days of the item being received.
- return the item in the same, unworn condition that it was sent
- pay for return shipping

If you choose to open a dispute in order to force a return, a 20% restocking fee (based on the final sold price of the item) will be charged.

If you ship a purchase back without prior authorization, the item and payment will be forfeit and the item will be re-listed within 48 hours. No exceptions.
Payment
I accept PayPal, Etsy gift cards and credit cards. I'd probably be pretty tempted to accept some chocolate as payment, too.

LAYAWAY:
I accept layaway on items over $100. Send me your PayPal email address when you send a layaway request, so I can immediately send you an invoice.

I send an invoice for 40% down, which is to be paid immediately. After that, you can make payments on the remainder over a time frame that we have mutually agreed on.

If you do not pay within that time frame, I refund everything above the original 40% down payment and the item will be placed back up for sale at the original price, no exceptions.
Shipping
DOMESTIC (USA) SHIPPING:

I ship packages every 3-7 days. 7 being worst case scenario, but I like to throw it out there because it will rarely happen. I carefully pack and ship in both recycled and new shipping supplies. Extra insurance/signature confirmation is available upon request.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Hey, I get it. VAT, import fees and taxes seriously suck. Your country has imposed laws that are super inconvenient. I'd love to help you out and mark packages as "gifts" to help you avoid those fees, but I can't...and I won't. So, please don't ask. Once the item arrives in your country, you're responsible for paying all VAT, import fees and taxes.

If you choose to refuse your package once it arrives, your country sends it back to me as a "return" that is unauthorized. If you choose to do this, your original order will be forfeit and the money you spent on shipping/the item itself will not be refunded, no exceptions. The item will then be relisted in the shop after 48 hours of it being returned.

HEY, MY PACKAGE IS LOST?!

Ugh. Yeah, that's so frustrating! Once the package leaves my hands I literally have 0% control over what the post office does with it. I'll do my best to help you track it down, but unfortunately I don't have many resources at my disposal to help you.

All orders shipped in the US have a tracking number, which is always provided in your "purchases" section. Your best bet at relocating the package is to contact your local post office and have them try to track it down.

MY INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE IS LOST!

All international packages mailed First-Class International Mail/Priority Mail International have a proof of mailing customs declaration number. I'm pretty powerless in helping you track down your package once it leaves my country. Your best bet at relocating the package is to contact your local post office in your country and have them try to track it down based on the customs declaration number.
