Swinging Chicks is not responsible of the wrong measurements the costumer provides. You have to make sure the dress will fit taking the right size and measurements

Shipping back the items is at customer's own expense.

Please note that the size measurements might have slight differences due to the cm into inches conversion.
Anyways I always charge half of cm extra to solve the problem. Check the size very good, I offer my advice but you have the last word on length and sizing!
If you dont know how to measure I can help you with that, so we make sure the dress will fit you perfectly.
If you give me the wrong measurements I am not responsible for the fact that your dress does not fit properly.

Please note that the color of each item might be slightly different than you see it on your monitor.

I work with 100% polyester, we do not accept returns if the costumers do not read the description of items with the expecific fabrics I use.

BUST: take thunder your arms and go around the FULLEST part of your chest. go across your nipples
WAIST:around the NARROWEST part of your Torso. Usually (not always) an inch or so above your belly button.
Just relax and take your measurements all the way around your waist.
HIPS:with your legs together, measure around the WIDEST part of your hips. usually around your buttocks. NOT AROUND YOUR HIPBONES ( hipbones are higher up and its USUALLY not the largest part of your bum)
LENGTH:Measure from your SHOULDER to where you want your hem to end.
BICEP: Measure around the FULLEST part of your upper arm.
SLEEVE LENGTH:with your arm down by your side, measure from the top of your shoulder to where you want the sleeve to end

Any delay at the destination countries are beyond my control. Buyers are responsible for any duties or custom charges that may be incurred.
YOUR ADRESS:
The order will be shipped to your ETSY address. Please make sure you provide the correct address! I am not responsable for incorrect address therefore if your order is returned due to incorrect address or if you don't pick up your order, from the post office, a shipping fee will be charged to ship it again.
If you need the dress for an special ocasion ( wedding, party, halloween, christmas..etc) you need to order in time, or adding the rush option to your cart!, If the package does not arrive to you when you are expecting, is not my fault. NO money back or cancellations.

Post office mistakes and failures are not my fault or a reflection on my level of dedication to my customers. The post office system sometimes makes mistakes resulting in lost or stolen packages. I will do my best to help out each customer to try and locate the package. If your package has not arrived a month after it has shipped please contact me.

Steps can be taken to try and locate your package, by filing a claim with Spanish CORREOS 40 days AFTER the package has been shipped. I will be more than happy to help you with that if necessary

The timings are given as an estimation.
Normally to make a dress is about 3 to 5 days, for special items with special request or different colors etc.. could be more.

With quality problems I mean: stains, fabric has a hole, it's broken, buttons or zippers are broken..etc. All my garments are handmade, and I make them just for you when you order. I had some bad experiences with costumers who wanted to return an item they only bought for using on photoshoots, pictures on instagram, or they change their mind last minute..etc
This is unaceptable
I can have a mistake, I'm human, but all my items are made with care and love and I know exactly how they look when I ship them, since I take pictures of all the packages

Aswell, when you order a white/ivory or pale color dress, be aware that the dress will need lining. Also with the lining some pieces are made in soft or thin fabrics. If you are not sure about the fabrics or particular colors ask me first. Kosibo for example is a crepé fabric, thin one, needs lining. If the dress is white it makes it extra see through. I do not offer refunds or exchanges because of color expectations... with this I mean: I expected the fabric to be more thick...or is too white... White is white. Please keep that on mind!
