I started designing printables while planning my wedding in 2004. After the birth of my son, I phased out the wedding-related printables and began focusing on adult and children-themed parties. I add new themes weekly and love to create custom designs.
I'm located in Northern California with my husband and two elementary school-aged children. I work from home and balance my work with my family obligations. I honestly LOVE what I do: creating party printables and working with busy and budget-conscious families is really my passion!

Returns and exchanges
There are NO refunds due to color variations. Every printer will print the colors slightly differently than what you see on your screen. Additionally, every monitor will interpret the colors differently. If in doubt, PLEASE print the proof before approving the final.
Please do not order until you have all of the necessary information. If I don't receive the information for your order within 2 days, the order will be cancelled and your money will be refunded.
Please note that all color corrections, spacing issues, font selections, etc., MUST be done during the proof stage. Any changes made after I send the final version will incur additional fees. I do not save your files due to space limitations on my computer. Once the finals are sent, the files are deleted so making a change is not an option. The file will need to be recreated and a new order will need to be placed.
There are absolutely NO refunds on Instant Downloads. I cannot email you the files instead of you downloading to your computer. Please DO NOT download to your phone, tablet, or ipad. I cannot guarantee the quality of the file if you do this. Please download to your computer.
If you ordered printed materials, refunds will ONLY be given if an error was made due to an error of Swish Printables. Spelling errors, color variations, and issues with shipping timelines will not be refunded however I will work with you to discuss a solution, if possible.
Once the file/printed materials leave Swish Printables, there is no guarantee for physical delivery. We are both at the mercy of the USPS.
Payment
If you are not sure if I can create a specific design or theme, please convo me BEFORE purchase. All fees listed in the sale are for pre-designed projects. All custom work may have an additional fee.
Once the purchase has been made, I will provide the proofs and make adjustments as indicated in the sale. After receiving the proofs, you have up to one week to review them.
Orders cannot be cancelled once the proof has been created.
There are NO refunds for any reason for Instant Download listings.

Shipping
All printed materials will be shipped using flat rate boxes.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you are printing through a professional printer and will require a bleed, please talk to me PRIOR to ordering. In most cases, there are additional fees for creating a file with a full bleed and/or crop marks.
Work hours: I typically work M-F in the mornings (PST). I work around my kid's schedules and family obligations. Please know that I am very responsive and prompt to all requests. My shop is CLOSED on the weekends. If you order on a Friday after my shop is closed, the soonest you will get a proof is Monday morning PST. I do have a rush fee in case you didn't allow enough time to place your order. Please see my shop for full details.
If you have a question about what is included in your order, please contact me prior to ordering. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.
Once the final files are sent, no additional changes can be made without incurring an additional fee. All files are deleted within 2 days of sending the final - if a change is required, please notify me prior to the 2 days otherwise the only option would be to purchase a new listing.
Instant downloads are always available in "my purchases". You can download as many times as you need but please keep in mind that you may not forward, share or otherwise distribute my files.
Please do not purchase Instant Download listings if you do not have access to a laptop or desktop computer. Many of the files are sent as zip files and your phone will likely NOT be able to open them. Swish will NOT email files from an instant download.
Swish Printables does not re-send files in case of misplacement unless it's within a reasonable timeframe. (Prior to the date of your party.) You can always find the files that I send in your email.

Custom and personalized orders
Almost every item in my shop is available as a custom product. If you are interested in a custom item, please do NOT purchase the instant download version. These cannot be edited. I will not offer refunds on any instant downloads for any reason.
Can I edit my files?
The only files that you will be able to edit clearly indicate "EDITABLE" in the product title and description. All other files will come as flattened jpgs or password protected PDFs. You will need Adobe Reader to open all pdfs. I do not provide my password to customer or print shops for printing purposes.
I'm having trouble printing my file. Will you give me the password so that I can open in Illustrator/Photoshop/etc?
All files are sent with password protection and I do not provide the password under any circumstances. You will be able to open and print your files using Adobe Reader - which is a free download.
I'm having trouble downloading my instant downloads. Is there an issue with the file or Etsy?
Typically the number one reason customers have problems with instant downloads is that you are attempting to download a zip file to your iphone/smart phone. Unfortunately your phone cannot handle a zip file and you will need to re-download the file using your laptop or computer.
I do not offer refunds if you do not have a computer to open a zip file. I also do not email files as they are available through "my purchases".
Can I re-download my files?
Yes - you can download the files which are accessible from "my purchases" and navigating to your receipt.
