Retro-modern textiles with a splash of colorful fun!

After many years of working as a graphic designer for a mostly corporate client base, Marcia started designing retro modern greeting cards as a creative outlet. Once she had a collection, she began selling her cards to Los Angeles and San Francisco boutiques. After much encouragement from clients and friends, she expanded into the world of textile design, and shortly after, Swizzlestix was born.

College students, moms, hipsters and retro buffs just love her products, not to mention they make great holiday, hostess and housewarming gifts.

Marcia's products have sold around the world at various boutiques, galleries, museums, stores, design shows, craft fairs, and online shops. Her textiles have been featured in magazines, books, and blogs.

Marcia is a seasoned graphic designer and illustrator with a passion for design. When she's not wearing her graphic designer hat, she licenses her artwork to a variety of companies. She loves creating bold and colorful patterns with a fun, modern, whimsical, stylish and retro flair. Her work can be found on invitations, photo cards, digital graphics, fabric, accessories, home décor, and more.

Returns and exchange details
Only defective products can be returned. It is crucial that you inspect your order upon delivery to make sure the order is correct and is delivered in good condition. You must contact me within 3 calendar days of receipt to indicate any order discrepancies. If you fail to do so, then you agree that the order is correct and that the merchandise is on good condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for returned shipping costs.

If the buyer purchases a long apron that does not fit around the neck, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please read apron listing for sizing info and confirm the tie will fasten okay before purchasing.

If the buyer provides an incorrect shipping address, the buyer is responsible for any new shipping charges that incur.
Payment
I accept paypal, all major credit cards, and Etsy Direct Checkout.
Shipping
All orders are shipped USPS, either Priority, First Class Mail, or Parcel Post for larger packages. Shipments are within the US only.

Parcel Post packages can take up to 10 days if shipped to the east coast. If you prefer a quicker delivery method the shipping cost will increase. Please email me if you would like to expedite shipping. All orders that qualify for free shipping do not include expedited shipping.

**Incorrect Shipping Address**
Customers must confirm that their shipping address is correct before placing the order. If an address needs to be modified while the package is in transit, the customer is responsible for paying for the re-routing and re-shipping fee. If the customer has given the wrong shipping address, and the order is never received, no refunds will be given, and the buyer is responsible for paying for any replacement items and shipping fees.

**Lost Packages**
Swizzlestix aims for accurate and speedy deliveries, however sometimes lost packages happen and are out of our control. If your package hasn't arrived after the expected delivery date, please contact your local post office to try and track it down. If it has not arrived after 7 business days, you can try submitting a missing mail search request here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

If your package gets lost in the mail, Swizzlestix must be notified within 14 days of the shipment date, so a post office claim can be filed within their acceptable time limit. All packages are insured, and a refund or credit will be given once the claim is paid.

Swizzlestix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Swizzlestix will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, and tracking information for the customer to investigate.

**Damaged Packages**
If your package is damaged during transit, Swizzlestix must be notified within 3 days of receipt with a photo of the damaged item, the damaged shipping package/box, and an explanation, so a claim can be filed at the post office within their acceptable time limit. If Swizzlestix is not notified in a timely manner and the claim is rejected, the buyer is responsible for paying for the cost of the replacement order. We do not offer refunds on damaged items, we only offer replacements, or store credit if that item is out of stock.

**Reshipping orders**
If a package is returned to us because of an insufficient address, or because a customer didn't retrieve their package and the post office returned it, the shipping fee will have to be repaid to resend the package. USPS won't resend any package without repaying the shipping charges.
Additional policies and FAQs
If a product is out of stock or if you would like more than what is listed, please email me and I will check my inventory, and increase the listing quantity if the product is available.

If you are a buyer interested in carrying my products in your store, please email requesting a wholesale price list along with your Resale ID #. Minimum opening order is $150.00. Orders must be paid before shipped. All wholesale orders ship UPS Ground, or USPS Priority flat rate if it fits in the box. Wholesale orders are excluded from free shipping.
