I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you find your purchase is not as described, or there is some other problem I will happily refund the price of the item(s), however, shipping and handling fees are NOT refundable.

Please convo me immediately after receipt to discuss whether you’d like to exchange the item or be issued a refund. Items must be returned at the buyer’s expense within 10 calendar days and must be returned in their original condition. Include your Etsy user ID, the purchase date, the transaction number and the item(s) you are returning. I will issue a credit to your PayPal account once we receive the item(s)in their original condition.

If you have a problem with your order, please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback. I would like to remedy the problem so that we will be both be happy doing business together.
I accept PayPal only. With a valid credit or debit card you can use PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account. Please submit your payment at the time of purchase. If payment is not received within five calendar days we will cancel your order and the item(s) will be relisted.
I do my best to ship one business day following receipt of payment, using USPS First Class Mail to help save us both money. If you would prefer Priority Shipping, please convo me before so I can revise costs before you purchase.

PLEASE check your PayPal address for accuracy as it is the one I use for shipping.

If your order is a gift and you would like it shipped to a different address, just let us know in the “Message to Seller” area. Include the recipient’s name and full address and any message you would like us to include on an enclosed gift card.

If you are interested in a custom order, let me know!

As many of my items are in their 2nd or even 3rd incarnations, there may be small defects: stains, tears, etc. I try not to use things where defects are too obvious but things may slip by. That's part of the charm of making treasures from "trash"
