International Orders: 100% of my international orders since March have been delayed. Every. Single Order. Please allow 12 weeks transit time before contacting me to attempt to find a lost package - many are taking longer than that. We are not responsible for international packages once they are with the United States post office.
For a *rough* estimate of import fees/VAT/Taxes on orders outside the US, I have found this calculator to be mostly accurate. These estimates should be used as a general guide of what you will be responsible for paying before you can collect your package, and we cannot guarantee these rates:

***IMPORTANT*** Please do not change any quantities above "1", instead select the number of beads you'd like to purchase from the drop down menu. Etsy charges all sellers an additional transaction fee whenever the quantity goes above one. For example, if you select "15 beads" from the dropdown menu, I get charged once. If you select "1 bead", then change the quantity to 15, I get charged 15 times. I can only keep prices this low if you DO NOT change the quantity to greater than 1. If you want a certain number of beads that you don't see in the drop down menu, please contact me and I will set you up a listing. Thank you! :)
TURNAROUND TIME:
Plain Beads (no embellishments): Ships within 48 hours, usually sooner
Embellished Beads: 3-5 Business days
DOMESTIC SHIPPING TIME:
We are recommending the $3 upgrade to priority shipping if you have any type of deadline. Overnight shipping is also now taking an average of 2 business days instead of 1. We cannot offer any guaranteed on shipping, not do we offer refunds on items delayed by the post office. We ship 6 days a week. We work seven days a week. The day your labels are printed (you will receive an email with tracking) is the day it is shipped, we don't hold packages. Our local post office rarely scans them as "accepted" on the day we drop them off, even after years of asking them to do this. Once you receive the email that the item has shipped, it has likely already left our hands and no changes can be made to your order. Thank you for understanding!

Our shop is open 5 days a week to keep it running quickly and efficiently, but we are human and may make occasion mistakes (hard to admit, but true!). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that is combative or demeaning via messages.
ACCURACY OF ORDERS / COMBINING ORDERS:
As of January 1st, 2018 we can no longer combine shipping or offer refunds on 2+ orders placed in the same day. We had so many people place more than one order and then ask for a shipping refund in the same day we were spending an hour+ each night issuing refunds. After discussing with Etsy, they have asked us to provide a unique tracking number to each order. All orders placed through Etsy will ship alone. Please make sure you are completely done shopping before checking out as we can no longer issue shipping refunds or combine shipping, no exceptions. Thank you for understanding!
We cannot change addresses on orders, no exceptions. Please make sure your address is correct BEFORE checking out. We often start orders immediately as they are placed, so we cannot make changes to the order itself or the address once an order is placed.

Is saying "Please ship ASAP!" or "I need these FAST!" or "Ship these tomorrow or ELSE!" or "Ship within 37 minutes or else CANCEL ORDER!!!" in the Notes to Seller the same as purchasing the rush fee?
Unfortunately it is not the same, and can actually DELAY your order as orders with notes that need to be addressed go out last.

What are your United States shipping prices?
Shipping is flat rate, $4.90 on all orders for standard shipping. Orders of $100 or more ship FREE! Orders over $150 ship for free with a PRIORITY upgrade. Orders over $250 will come with a free signature confirmation upgrade also.
The beads arrived but they won't work for my needs. Do you take returns?
We unfortunately cannot take any returns unless there was a large error on our part when filling your order. Please ask any and all questions PRIOR to ordering as we cannot make any exceptions to this policy. Thank you for understanding!
Oops - I entered the wrong address at checkout! Can you change it for me?
We cannot change addresses on orders, no exceptions. Please make sure your address is correct BEFORE checking out.
I forgot some beads and need to add to an order I already placed - can I do that?
Unfortunately since all orders go through Etsy, we cannot edit,add to, or change any order that has been placed. As of January 1st, 2018 we can no longer combine shipping or offer refunds on 2+ orders placed in the same day. Please make sure you are completely done shopping before checking out to take advantage of our flat rate shipping. No shipping refunds will be given.
I need to cancel an order I already placed - how do I do that?
We do NOT accept cancellations after an order is placed, simply because we pride ourselves on shipping quickly and often start on orders IMMEDIATELY :-D Thanks for understanding!
I'm not in the US! How does shipping work?
We love shipping internationally! Shipping price is calculate by weight, size and distance. Typically items arrive to their international locations in 3-8 weeks, but that varies GREATLY by country. In some cases, you will need to travel to claim your parcel from a customs office after it has been inspected. Please check on taxes for any order out of the country. We legally cannot be responsible for paying your taxes on an item ordered and imported. The tax rates can vary wildly based on the value which is filled in on the customs form by Etsy and cannot be changed or lowered under any circumstances. Please contact your local post office for questions before ordering internationally. Once a box leaves the US, we cannot be responsible for it.
My earrings backs arrived with the post bent - help!
All of our earrings post (or backs, or blanks) are designed to bend and are "bendable" - otherwise they would break off if handled roughly in transit, either on the way to you or on the way to your customers. They can be bent back into place very easily, usually by hand or with pliers.
