Welcome to my policies page. These will all be updated and improved as time goes buy to make sure you and I have the best experience possible. If anything is not clear or you require more information please let me know.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
It is very important to me that you are happy with your purchase. I therefore accept returns or exchanges (minus shipping) within the first 7 days of purchase. Please contact me straight away and I will do my very best to accommodate you.

I’m afraid I cannot accept returns of earrings (for hygiene reasons) or custom items.
Payment
I currently only accept Paypal and credit card payments.

Please remember that if you are paying by credit card the transaction is handled by Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account for this.

Items will be shipped upon receipt of payment. If you have any problems during the payment process, please contact me immediately.

Please make payment immediately after purchase. If I have not heard from you or received payment after 24 hours I will cancel the sale.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need additional time for payment or have any questions.
Shipping
I visit the post office on weekdays only. I aim to post things within 48 hours of receiving payment by first class post.

If you require special postage/tracking numbers/recorded delivery please contact me before checkout and I will be happy to arrange this for an additional cost.

Custom items will take longer to ship but I aim to send them within 14 days of purchase, I will let you know if there will be delays. Let me know if you need purchases urgently and I will do my very best to accommodate you.

Sydney Rose Designs is not responsible for loss or damage incurred during shipping.

International customers are responsible for all fees/taxes/duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.

Please email me when your item as been delivered, I always like to know things have arrived safely in their new homes.
