Your payment is expected within 3 days of the first purchase that you made. I am happy to combine shipping on items, At the end of your Etsy transaction you will have the option to pay with your Paypal account or by credit card.
CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD CUSTOMERS: you do not need a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal! Choose the Paypal option during checkout. If there is a problem/defect with your jewelry please let me know and I will do what I can to remedy the problem. If a refund has been offered to you it will be minus shipping fees paid. The item must be returned to me prior to any refund being processed. Tis policy is on a case by case basis.
If you purchased a item from my shop and you are noy completely satisfied with it please contact me. Those items can be returned or exchanged only if theya are unused ( by unused, I do mean not worn even once) and in the same condition as when it was shipped within3 days of you receiving the item. Buyer pays for all postage fees returned item and the exchanged item if that is the case.
