Please allow 3-4 weeks for custom orders! Regarding COVID-19 Syl’s Delights, LLC operates in a State inspected and licensed kitchen following food handling guidelines. We don't have any foot traffic in our kitchen thus have decided to stay open as long as we don't encounter any of the virus symptoms. Please note: All sales are final! if you and your party have contracted the COVID-19 virus you're able to move your date as long as I haven't started your order. Refunds are not given at this time. If shipping looks oddly high, please contact us as Etsy has changed the shipping calculator.
Syl’s Delights, LLC is a delightful kitchen that offers treats in different shapes and sizes for any occasion. We dip our products in heavenly melted chocolate and design them with edible ink and icing, to finish it off we decorate them with colorful sprinkles and wrap them individually. Our confectionery is created with high end quality products, we are Halal friendly and 100% free of alcoholic, animal byproducts and additives as not everyone wants that in their food and we respect that! (please do note: RKT / marshmallow pops are made with halal marshmallows which contains halal gelatin)

Syl’s Delights operates in a State inspected Licensed kitchen with quality products, all our products are Halal and 100% free of alcoholic additives as not everyone wants them in their food and we respect that!

By placing your order you have agreed to have read our disclaimer and not hold Syl’s Delights liable for any mishaps caused by consuming any of our products.
*Disclaimer: Syl’s Delights does NOT claim responsibility for food allergy reactions caused by consuming any of Syl’s Delights products. Cakepops are made with flour, milk, eggs and butter. All chocolate used in our products come from a nut processing factory, Please only serve heavy embellished treats to children old enough to bite and suck on candy, we are not responsible for any accidents caused by the candy and or cakepop sticks. All our sweets are prepared 100% Halal, not containing any animal fat (except Halal Marshmallows) / pork or alcoholic additives.

Shipping:
Orders are send out on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday on the week of your event. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which is generally delivered in 2-3 days, but is NOT GUARANTEED. For guaranteed delivery you must upgrade to Express shipping. Should an order not make it in time due to lack of responsibility on the customer’s behalf such as not picking up the package from the post office, I will not be held liable. Tracking information is sent on each and every package, Etsy will notify you when a package has shipped and delivered, even when left outside your doorstep.
*IMPORTANT* Please select the month you need your order by and leave me a day in the “NOTE TO SELLER” section during check out or a message before ordering to confirm required delivery date before your event day so that your order will arrive in time. Please allow 3-5 days for creation and 3 business days shipping time for delivery so about 8 days before your event date. I will only confirm your event date once at the time of your order, once paid your order will be send out in time without a reminder.
Each order ships with dry ice regardless time of year.
*Refrigerate products immediately upon arrival to extend freshness
Return:
All edible items are made to order, therefore all sales are final and no refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be given at this time. While we take great care in packaging each order, we cannot be responsible for damage to your package while in transit. If packages are heavily damaged while in transit as I have seen happen, contact us immediately and we will try to sort something out. Thank you!
