About Syl’s Delights: Syl’s Delights LLC. is a delightful kitchen that offers treats in different shapes and sizes for any occasion. We dip our products in heavenly melted chocolate and design them with edible ink and icing, to finish it off we adorn them with colorful sprinkles and wrap them individually.
Syl’s Delights LLC. operates in a State inspected and licensed kitchen. We purchase premium quality products to create our desserts, all our products are Halal and 100% free of alcoholic additives as not everyone wants them in their food and we respect that!

Chocolate used in our products come from a nut processing factory, Please only serve heavy embellished treats to children old enough to bite and suck on candy, we are not responsible for any accidents caused by the candy and or cakepop sticks. All our sweets are prepared 100% Halal, not containing any animal fat, animal additives and gelatin (except Halal Marshmallows in RKT and Marshmallowpops) free of pork and alcoholic additives.

Shipping:
Orders are send out on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday on the week of your event. Orders are shipped via UPS and USPS Priority Mail, which is generally delivered in 2-3 days, but is NOT GUARANTEED. For guaranteed delivery you must upgrade to Express shipping. Should an order not make it in time due to lack of responsibility on the customer’s behalf such as not picking up the package from the post office - not being present to sign for delivery- I will not be held liable. Tracking information is sent on each and every package, Etsy will notify you when a package has shipped and delivered, even when left outside your doorstep.

*IMPORTANT* Please message me prior to placing your order when booked. Leave the date you need your order by with other requirements in the “NOTE TO SELLER” section during check out or a message before ordering to confirm required delivery date before your event day so that your order will arrive in time. RUSH ORDERS; Please allow time for prepping and 3 business days shipping time for delivery so about 8 days before your event date. I will only confirm your event date once at the time of your order, once paid your order will be send out in time sometimes without a reminder.

Each order ships with dry ice regardless time of year.

Return:
All edible items are made to order, therefore all sales are final and no refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be given at this time. While we take great care in packaging each order, we cannot be responsible for damage to your package while in transit. If packages are heavily damaged while in transit, contact us immediately and we will try to sort something out. Thank you!
