My policy is that you, the customer, should be completely satisfied with our transaction. If you have any problems or are not happy with my products or our interactions, please contact me and we will work it out. And always contact me if you have questions.

I will respond to you as quickly as I can, usually within 24 hrs., I will answer concerns as fully as I can, and will work with you to make any problems right. My goal is to have happy customers!

I will leave positive feedback when our business is concluded, and would appreciate the same if you are satisfied. I appreciate your business, and work to earn your confidence.

Payment
I accept PayPal, and major credit cards through PayPal, which allows you to pay with your credit card even if you don't have a PayPal account (as I understand it, this allows you to not leave your banking information at PayPal). Personal checks on US or Canadian banks are also accepted, but will take a little time to clear my bank.

I expect payment from you within 7 days of purchase, unless you contact me to let me know you will be delayed. Once your payment has been credited through PayPal, or your check has cleared, I will ship promptly.

If you have "purchased" an item but I don't receive payment or hear from you via convo or email within 7 days, your purchase will be cancelled and the item returned to my shop. If you need to cancel a purchase after you've paid, let me know ASAP; if I've already shipped it off, you are responsible for payment, but if I still have it, we'll figure out how to work it out (refund, equivalent item, etc.)
Shipping
I prefer to ship via USPS (postal service), using either Priority or 1st class mail - whaichever will get you your purchase in a timely and cost-effective way. Other arrangements can be made (FedEx, UPS, etc.) if necessary (at additional charge) - let me know.

Will ship to countries other than the US with an appropriate additional shipping charge, depending on where you need it to go.

Normally I will send your item/s out within a week of receiving your payment - if you have purchased an item exactly as listed, it may go sooner; if you have ordered a custom item, it may take up to 2 wks. to ship. We will communicate about this, so you will know what to expect.

I am responsible for packing and shipping your purchase in a timely and appropriate fashion. I cannot be responsible for what happens to it once it has left my hands. I will always let you know what is going on at my end.
