Quality is very good, aside from some unevenness as far as the glazing goes - which isn't a major issue. I purchased this to see how well the "dots" would assist in whipping up a lather, which they do quite well. The functionality of this particular design isn't the best, but I figured that going in - the straight sides and the depth of the bowl mean that even if you have a large brush the handle is going to be clanging into the sides of the bowl the whole time as you whip up the lather. But, like I said, I knew that would be the case just from looking at the picture beforehand. I bought this mainly to assess the "dots" - I look forward to purchasing other shaving bowls from symmetricalpottery in the future, those with a rounded design.

Our puppy that we lost his name was Roscoe. He was a 14 year old Shih-Tzu that was obsessed with tennis balls. They were his security blanket, and he carried one almost everywhere with him. His favorite thing to do was going outside and us throwing his ball and him running to catch it. Even as he got older and wasn’t feeling good it always made his tail wag if I put a ball next to him. Once I saw this urn I knew right away that this was going to help us memorialize him perfectly. I was so happy with the quality and detail that the symmetrical Pottery Shop put into Roscoe’s urn. Thank you so much for helping us find something that fit Roscoe perfectly. I know when I am sad thinking of how much I miss him, that seeing this tennis ball with Roscoes name on it will make me smile.
