Hello, and welcome to my shop. I sell handmade crocheted items, my artwork, and other crafts. All of my items are made from my own pattern designs. My goal is to make cute, quality items to bring happiness to everyone that sees them!

Returns and exchange details
--- CANCELING AN ORDER ---
Ready-to-Ship or Made-to-Order: If you would like to cancel an order, you must notify me before shipment is completed. Otherwise a return must be initiated instead. Please see below for information on returns.

Custom Orders, or Made-to-Order work with heavy customization (ex: customized rainbow unicorn): Full refunds may be requested up to 3 days after purchase in the case of mistaken or accidental purchases. Beyond this point, the amount that can be determined will depend on how much work has already been put into the plushie. All issues with custom orders will be handled on a case by case basis. This is because once payment is received, I must begin work on the plushie. If I put the time and work into the plushie, and then the order is cancelled, I will have already done X amount of work and receive no payment for it. Please consider all custom purchases final. After shipping, returns are not accepted for custom orders.

--- UNSATISFACTORY ORDERS ---
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please send me a conversation through etsy, or email me, and I'll try to resolve the situation as best I can. In most cases all orders are considered FINAL once work has begun on the plushie, or once the plushie has shipped in the case of ready-to-ship items.
Payment
Payment is accepted through credit, debit, or Paypal. Sales tax is charged on all Texas orders.
Shipping
All items are shipped through USPS. US orders will be shipped First Class Mail with delivery confirmation included. Giant plushies are shipped via Priority Mail in the US due to their weight. International orders are shipped First Class Mail International, which does NOT include tracking once it has left the US.

---NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING OPTIONS: CONSIDER ADDING INSURANCE---
Once a package has been received by USPS it is out of my hands. Any issues with shipping delays, damages, or missing packages will have to be taken up with USPS by the customer. If you have any concerns, please consider adding insurance at an additional cost by contacting me anytime before your order has shipped. Insurance will allow me to offer you a refund or remade plushies in the case that something goes wrong with shipping. In all other cases, refunds can not be offered for shipping delays, damages, or missing packages.

--- READY TO SHIP ---
Items will be shipped in 1-3 days of receiving payment.

--- SHIPPING DATES ---
Shipping is done 3 times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Shipping takes about 3-5 days within the US.

International shipping takes about 2-4 weeks. Shipping time can be affected by customs, etc. Please allow at least 4 full weeks for your order to arrive before claiming it as lost in the mail.

You will receive an email notification through Etsy, which includes a tracking number, once your order has shipped.

--- UPGRADES ---
If you would like to add insurance or upgrade to Priority Mail or Priority Express Mail, please contact me BEFORE purchasing the item. I will then change the shipping rate to reflect these additions. If you decide to upgrade shipping after purchase, please contact me before the order has shipped and I'll set up a listing in my shop specifically for the upgrade.

--- MADE TO ORDER / CUSTOM ORDERS ---
Made to order plushies are no longer available as shop listings, but custom plushie and commission orders will be taken on a case by case basis. Please send me a convo if there's something you would like to order that isn't available in my shop!

---Rush Orders---
Rush orders are available for an additional percentage based fee depending on how quickly you need the plushie and if I already have a pattern made for it or if it is a completely custom commission. Send me a convo for more information!

--- Large Orders ---
If you are interested in buying 5 or more plushies at one time, please send me a convo and I'll work out a deal with you!
