Syrendell Story

Back in 2007, our family decided to change jobs, move and start a new life, filled with everything that we love...music, art, fiber arts, gardening, aromatherapy and more. We were Waldorf homeschoolers and started a blog, www.syrendell.blogspot.com. People began making comments, saying, "Do you make this?" when we would post on our blog. We opened our Etsy shop to meet the needs of Waldorf homeschoolers and blog followers, and never looked back!

Rick and Jennifer consult and teach lessons and workshops throughout the US and abroad to artists, fiber artists, musicians, homeschoolers, Waldorf schoolers, and more. For people who cannot see us live, we also offer our eBooks, videos and eCourses here on Etsy, through our website and on the BEarth Institute website for homeschoolers.

Syrendell Summer Camp is 2 weeks of woodworking, handwork, singing and culinary arts for children in Davis, California! For adults, we run Syrendell Summer Retreat every other year at Park Winters in Winters, California.

We pride ourselves on offering beautiful, handcrafted items and inspirational eBooks and patterns, as well as providing excellent customer service! If you have any questions, concerns, suggestions, pictures of items made, links to blog posts about our items, or anything else, please convo or email us, any time!

Returns and exchanges
Our products are guaranteed. Please contact us within one week of receiving our items if you are not satisfied. We will work with you regarding refunds, exchanges, or gift certificate credit in our shop. Items must be returned in original condition within one weeks of contacting us, and have been kept in a home free from smoke and animals. Refunds, exchanges or credit will be for the price of the item(s). Cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. At this time, we are not able to do refunds or exchanges for international customers (with the exception of pdf items) due to shipping delays. Please convo us with any questions or concerns, any time.
Payment
Payment must be made within 24 hours of purchasing an item. If you want to arrange a higher level of shipping or a custom order, convo us before purchasing.
Shipping
We ship USPS first class to save you $. We are not responsible if the postal service loses or damages your items. If you would like insurance, delivery confirmation, priority mail, overnight mail or other option, send us a convo before or when you order and we'll invoice you via PayPal for the difference in the shipping cost.
